Great service, fair pricing nice guy. I needed my electrical panel checked to see if I could add another breaker and label all mine currently here. Mr. Perry called before he came out and all was fixed as needed.

I reached out to Perry Electric to speak with business manager Kathy R. to hopefully resolve getting my power pole in service again. The only available number is the cell phone number that Michael Perry uses daily. I sent a message to Michael Perry requesting that Kathy R. contact me before Perry Electric is served notice to appear in court. Interestingly business manager Kathy R. nor Michael Perry has bothered to respond to the complaint filed with the better business bureau on the same day this original review was posted. That complaint can be found on the Better Business Bureau website. It is also interesting to note that during the time of my power pole installation Michael Perry only had one helper whose name was NOT Michael. Michael Perry told me that he is the only electrician and occasionally uses the helper he had. The positive reviews for Perry Electric mention Michael M. If Michael M. was a former employee that did great work, he is no longer there per Michael Perry stating he is the only electrician. The positive reviews do not adequately represent the services you will receive today. 7/1/2022, 7/5/2022, 7/10/2022, 7/14/2022 7/18/2022 7/25/2022 Kathy R. where are you and your HONEST, TRANSPARENT CUSTOMER CARE? NOT VERY HONEST LEAVING COMMENTS AND THEN REFUSING TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER THAT NEVER HAD THEIR ELECTRIVAL WORK FINISHED BY YOU. Still no response from business manager Kathy R. or Business owner Michael Perry. I will keep this review updated with dates of NO CONTACT to show just how ""DISHEARTENED"" Kathy R and Michael Perry really are based on their NO RESPONSE. If ""Our company prides ourselves on honest, professional, and transparent services"" were true, Business manager Kathy R, why no contact? Just a business that doesn't care about the customer. Beware! Quote from the Better Business Bureau on the next steps since Business Manager Kathy R and Owner Michael Perry refuse to answer the BBB complaint. ""The next step for the complaint process is a phone call to the business for a direct conversation regarding your complaint. You may also wish to take additional steps with filing complaints with state agencies such as the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Florida Attorney General Services."" Labeling breakers in a panel does not take an electrician. Business manager Kathy R. responds to reviews that are questionable but refuses to respond to customers that spent well over TWO GRAND. Kathy R. is just as poor of a business person as is Michael Perry.

I was giving the name of this Guy/company through a neighbor. They showed up to give me an estimate then I tried to schedule; about 10 times! After calling 5 times, which they always answered the phone, but told me every time I called ""I'm busy on a job can you text me"" so sure, then I would text and NEVER got a reply after 5 texts, how frustrating. My final text after over a month of trying to schedule him to install an outlet, I begged ""If you are too busy let me know and I'll call someone else"" still not one response, not a ""yeah call someone else, I'm just too busy, I'm sorry we can't make it"" nothing. How rude. I have no idea how the would have done installing the outlet, I'm sure fine but the costumer service is lacking big time. Don't waste your time.
If I count have left no stars I would have, but then I wouldn't be able to leave this review!

Mike from Perry Electric recently re-routed several outlets, and light switches for our mini-remodel. He went above and beyond and did an excellent and thorough job. We would use Perry Electric again 5 star job.

Michael Perry did a rewiring job for me in the den of my home. The job was done incorrectly and not to code. I had to call another electrician to come out and perform the correct work, including adding a grounding circuit to bring the work up to code.

I would look elsewhere when looking for an electrical contractor.

Mike Perry the owner came into check to see why a fan was not working. He was working on a wall switch and spent more time pointing out what someone else did wrong rather then fix the problem.

Not only did that happen but he asked me the color of a wire which was pink and his response was ""are you color blind"". Very unprofessional and rude.

He also hangs up on you when speaking on the phone when he does not get his way.

If you want to be insulted by someone in your own home then he is the one to hire.

I can not say ENOUGH GOOD things about Perry Electric. On a day's notice, Mike M. was on-sight, on time, and efficiently conquered NUMEROUS issues for, what I believe to be, a VERY fair price! Courteous and communicative for what was needed and what WASN'T needed. I'd HIGHLY recommend them for ANY electric-related work! Cash or check. No credit card.

We bought a ""flipper"" house where a lot of terrible handyman work was done on the electric. Well, Mike McCloskey came out and gave a full inspection and estimate of the repairs. We could not be more happy with Mike's professionalism and quality of service he has provided. He has addressed all our issues and even made some great recommendations on lighting choices for our kitchen and remainder of the house. Which he has also wired and installed.
I am 100 % satisfied and will recommend to anyone who needs ANY electrical repair, maintenance or remodel job in the Brandon area or anywhere else he services.
