Needed to replace the hanging light over our dining room table. Requested a quote online and Tad responded in a timely period with a quote. Booked our appt and was given a 2 hour window but to my surprise and delight, the electrician showed up at the start of the 2 hour window. He worked steadily and cleaned up after himself, even repacking our replaced lighting. Once finished he called his office and I was able to process my payment at that time.

Overall: Efficient, on time, clean and polite! Javier was our service technician and Francine was the helpful and friendly office contact.

We had an outlet that kept tripping a fuse due to bad space heater we were using. The fuse/outlet finally died. I have a home warranty with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and found out it was covered. They connected me with Perkin Electric and the experience couldn't have been better. They had to reschedule the first appointment due to the Coronavirus initial closings and social distancing, but the technician came to the appointment with the proper mask and gloves and stayed about 10 ft away etc. Fixed the problem in about 15 min! The communication from their office was excellent the whole time keeping me informed. I'll definitely do business with them again and highly recommend.

While under contract to sell our house, a few minor electrical problems came up on the inspection report that we were obligated to take care of. On very short timing, we were panicking to find an electrician to come out and address the issues as we know electricians can book out weeks in advance. I called Perkin Electrical Services on a Monday, they came out on Tuesday, completed all the work and and promptly sent the invoice for me to pay by Wednesday (the quick proof of payment was the critical part). So thankful for the above-and-beyond service by Perkin Electrical! We had an issue with electrical outlets on our kitchen. I called them for the first time to get an electrician to come out. They not only worked hard to find a way to squeeze us in quickly by planning to have the owner come out same day, but they also diagnosed the issue from a picture I sent as something we could try before they came. Their office manager, Francine, walked me through it. It was resolved, and we didn't have to have the electrician come out. I was so thankful that they took the time to do everything they could to help save us money. Right now, especially, that is more helpful than I could express.

I almost didn't write this because 1) I usually don't and 2) I think I have found a gem in an electrical contractor that I don't want anybody else to know about. I'm selfish that way, but here goes: I have had the pleasure to use Tad twice now in the last 8 months on relatively small residential projects, one around the pool and another in the house. He has been nothing but punctutual, professional, personable and reasonable. He performed the work quickly and has recommended other improvements in my home's electrical system without any presssure from him to do the work immediately. AND, his office staff, I have only communicated with Francine, have been extremely helpful and polite. So 5 Stars to Perkins Electrical.
