I can't say enough about Performance Power Solutions! I called early yesterday morning after hearing a lot of crackling coming from a corner in my kitchen (thought a mouse had returned and was attempting to have a hearty breakfast!) and then seeing a spark come from a kitchen outlet. Because it was before business hours, I was expecting to leave a message, but Josh picked up! He explained what could be happening and what I should do until he was able to arrive later in the afternoon. The problem was immediately identified and 3 damaged outlets were replaced. I also have some lighting issues that need to be addressed and he gave me sound advice on possible solutions. He'll be coming back to do additional work. We've used lots of electricians in our 19 Years in this area and now we've found the best. We had an emergency at our business, they turned up, diagnosed the issue, (in a really tight area), ran off to get the part and had us back up and trading again within two hours. Do yourselves a favor. Pick these guys for your electrical !!

Early Sunday morning we had our main breaker switch break. After the initial panic attack I went to Yelp for reviews. Thank goodness for cell phones. After reading several reviews I called Performance and left a message. Within minutes we received a call back from Josh. We explained the situation then sent him several pictures of our panel box along with the broken switch. I would say maybe an hour later he arrived and another 1/2 hour had our electricity back on. I can't thank Josh enough for his sense of urgency on a Sunday to help us get this problem fixed.

After spending an enormous amount of time trying to troubleshoot why half of my landscape lights would not come on, I turned to Yelp for help. After reading numerous reviews, I selected Performance Power Solutions, due to their 5 star rating.

When I called, the owner Josh immediately picked up the phone and he spent quality time discussing my issue. I felt like Josh was trying to find a potential troubleshooting solution that I might have missed, to point me in the right direction and save me some money. Unfortunately, I tried EVERYTHING, including YouTube, so Josh scheduled an appointment for the next work day (this was a Friday before the Labor Day Weekend).

Josh and his helper (father-in-law) arrived 3 minutes after his scheduled estimated time. I was off to an excellent start. They were both so professional and courteous and gave me the details and guesstimated time for what the job called for. Within that time frame the problem was solved and Josh exposed the faulty equipment that created all of the havoc.

To really put the icing on the cake, Josh presented me with a final bill that was very reasonable. He is so deserving of these 5 stars and I now have my ""Go to electrician"", going forward. I also secured a stack of business cards from Josh and would recommend his services in a heartbeat.
