Acknowledged I was a good distance from thier location in lake Elsinore but a Josh promised he would personally come to my location in mentone today at 5 pm for a flat price of $100 just was confirming this meeting that he'd b at my location the response is in the pic below as u can c said he'd send me to someone closer and just as good price he did send me a location closer but they want $95/hr for almost 2 hr task that's double the price do not I repeat DO NOT trust this company unless ur in lake Elsinore and 5 minutes away from them now having to relook up license electrian because we were promised and then denied the work

Josh showed up promptly and at the agreed time. He diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem at my panel. I scheduled an appointment with Josh to install a new dedicated electrical line to my fish tank. Josh and an employee again showed up promptly and on time. They were were professional and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Josh also did the work for the pre negotiated price and did not try to up sale me on anything. The electrical line looks great and works great. I will be contacting Josh in the near future to switch out the 20 year breakers in my electrical panel. I can't say enough about Performance Power Solutions! I called early yesterday morning after hearing a lot of crackling coming from a corner in my kitchen (thought a mouse had returned and was attempting to have a hearty breakfast!) and then seeing a spark come from a kitchen outlet. Because it was before business hours, I was expecting to leave a message, but Josh picked up! He explained what could be happening and what I should do until he was able to arrive later in the afternoon. The problem was immediately identified and 3 damaged outlets were replaced. I also have some lighting issues that need to be addressed and he gave me sound advice on possible solutions. He'll be coming back to do additional work.
