So these guys sold us a bi annual service contract. Every time they show up it's something new or your system is about to die. Last year the system was working fine, they showed up for bi annual service, within 24 hours we had a problem. Their est $600, another guy did the repair for $150. It was a switch. They were here yesterday and the system was fine. They cleaned it and serviced it. System stopped working today. Obviously they're screwing with the system. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. RIP OFFS !!!

Only concerned with selling upgrade to a system they installed less than five years ago for prior homeowners. Never registered the system. We canceled our maintenance contract and they have continued to bill us going on two months now. Awful. Their manager refused to return my husband's calls to discuss issues discovered by another HVAC inspection.

This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They failed on so many levels its absurd. All I needed as a drain snaked, thats it.
They failed to show up at designated time. Immediately went into a sales pitch for a service contract, without even looking at the issue, or discussing what may be wrong. After reluctantly agreeing to this, (which I was told would NOT be recurring), they failed to even snake the drain. I called them back, and they said a camera guy would be out, also failed to show up, had to call again, they finally came out after 4 days of this back and forth, and snaked the drain. They said piping needed to be replaced, and failed to provide an estimate, also as promised. After all of this ridiculous back and forth, they still left equipment at my house. I had to call to have it picked up.
They started charging my card for the plan, then demanded I cancel in writing, and it would take 30 days, then proceeded to not only NOT issue the refund, but charged my card again.
They have failed in every way possible, and are complete rip off artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company gave me an estimate of $2360 for a plumbing job. Another company gave me a $400 estimate. Stay away.

When will these companies learn that they gain nothing by ripping customers off? My only fault is that I gave this company a second chance. First plumber who came out for a bathtub leak was a rookie with no experience. Dirtied up the bathroom and the tub, spent 5 hours figuring out what he had to do. Left to Home Depot to get the necessary replacement part and came back smelling like he has been smoking the blunt. Ridiculous. When I voiced my concerns, I was told that he is no longer with them and it would never happen again, and of course they seemed very apologetic. Now it's round 2, A simple bidet installation, with 30 minute electric work of installing and outlet and pulling the existing wires through the wall....The electric portion of the job....Are you ready for this? $422!!!!!! I thought the electrician was joking at first. Although he was a very nice guy, it's not his fault he is employed by a company that has zero integrity. Same job cost $100.00 in Chicago, where the cost of living is way higher than Tampa FL. It's very insulting when you attempt to treat your customers like they are stupid and blatantly rip them off. Shame on you.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER
Have you ever seen a company UNDO their work to sabotage repair??

Called Performance Air Conditioning for repair on Trane AC unit they installed 2 years ago in townhouse that I bought 3 months ago. Digital thermostat went blank, so unit could not be turned on. Basic troubleshooting completed: Not a float valve issue, not a batteries issue since it's hard-wired, not a circuit breaker/electricity issue.

Called Thursday night, waited all day Friday, repair started at 3:30 PM on Friday.

Tech is friendly, professional, spends 20 minutes researching to find common wire is loose. Fixes issue and then spends additional 40 minutes flushing the unit, inspecting condenser, etc. 1 hour later, no parts needed, actual repair was 20 minutes - $397 bill.

I am told (for the first time) - they do not charge by the hour, they charge by complexity, so electrical is immediately a $397 minimum charge. I dispute, have pleasant exchange with tech, ""I realize you don't set pricing but this charge is ridiculous"". I call customer service and they say the manager (Patrick) is not available, I can refuse charge and talk to Patrick on Monday. While I am on the phone, Eric the Tech goes back upstairs to do ""one more thing"" he said, to put some tape on a place that is leaking cold air in handler. He then goes outside, calls Customer Service to get approval that I am not paying. He comes back inside says, ""ok I'll charge you minimum fee of $79"", takes my credit card, then turns back around and says, ""but you'll need an AC tech out here this weekend"". WHY - because he just undid the work he did to fix it! Flat out admits, he sabotaged the repair - its 5 PM on a Friday night. There was some yelling on my part and he exits townhouse.

I call Customer Service, the manager Patrick is suddenly available, after 10 minutes, he wants to send Eric back out to fix it. I refuse to have him back in my house. Between the pricing of $397 for a 20-minute repair requiring no parts and having a tech who sabotages repair - NEVER going to do business with Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing again!

I have some very handy friends who understand electrical and connected the common wire in about 30 seconds.

This company is a rip-off. I paid $29 monthly to belong to their 'club' for more than 2 years, and all it got me was inflated charges for services and parts on repairs, and I feel they ultimately defrauded me and my property management company into buying a new AC system when one was not needed. They thought they would automatically win the business for the new system. My property mgmt company feels they overcharged me $950 for a temp repair in October, 2018. While telling me this repair would not last long and that I needed to buy a new system, they quoted me rates of $5,700+ to $6,900+ for a new system. I ultimately chose a different company to install the new system for $5,000.. lower rates and a better value. After the install, I was informed by my prop mgmt company that they were informed by the new company that I didn't need a new system as the old one was still under warranty (I had not had this documentation as I have not owned the unit that long). Also, we were misinformed about the old system using old R22 freon (it didn't). We were told it was a 'mismatched' system, and no longer up to code... this was also not true as both were westenhouse. Repeated attempts to discuss these issues with Performance AC lead to no where. To add insult to injury, I needed to resort to having my business CC canceled with BOA to get them to stop charging me the $29 monthly fee. Every time I'd call to cancel they would say I needed to speak to ____ (fill in the blank), and that person was never there. The person answering the phone was never able to process the request, and repeated attempts to email the request were also ignored.

Had a tech come out to look at a problem with my AC unit. After 10 minutes he said the compressor was shot and needed to be replaced. He sent in the high pressure sales guy who quoted $6400. Got another 2 estimates with the high being $4400. Now I am wondering if the unit is really bad.....am thinking not.

This company is a scam and should be avoided at all coss!

Web site says they have 24 hour emergency service.
When I called they said they only answer the phone and schedule appointments for the next business day.
They installed my new system for $10,000 and said they had 24 hour emergency service. I guess they lied.
