Bob & his team have been great to work with - I'm really not sure why people are hating on them so much. Give them a try.
They fixed an outlet and are fixing the doorbell and working well with 2-10 Home Warranty.

I wish I can give this company negative stars. My home warranty assign this company to fix my drain issue. This company sent over a tech and showed up for 5 minutes, said he'll be able to repair the issue but he forgot his tools and said he'll set up another appointment to fix it. He took my trade call fee and left. He never showed and the home warranty said my issue was not covered. What a waste of time and how unprofessional of the technician not able to tell that to my face at the time of the appointment.

Too bad Yelp doesn't give the option of selecting no stars at all. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. If you have a Warrenty plan I urge you to tell them you do not want to use this business. Long story short I had some plumbing issues. It took them 4 times to fix the issues which were never completely resolved. But the biggest issue is their faulty work caused severe water damage to my hone. They stole from my home, lied and have refused to take any responsibility for anything. How they are still in business behooves me. You have been warned. HARD PASS on this business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! there is a reason they have a low rating. we used them because it was the company our home insurance sent out. From the start there were so many red flags. When they arrived we paid them the $75 out of pocket and they looked at the hot water heater and took pics and that was all great. However, Then Bob told my husband he had a few options. We could go thru them and the insurance would cover it or we could just cash out with the insurance and be done and then go buy a new water heater and get it installed. We decided to do the cashout. Bob said they would come up on Thursday May 27th to pick up the water heater, we recieved a text from him and everything. We waited around all day for them to come and nobody showed up. We gave them some grace and called them on Tuesday to ask what happaned. Bob said "" Oh our other client out there canceled so we will get yours when we have another job up there."" I told him absolutly not I am a customer and you need to give me a date that you will pick it up. So he said fine and said he would be here June 9th. He called me the morning of June 9th to say he he had someone on their way. When the guy showed up he said he needed to collect the $85 for the haul away. Bob NEVER mentioned anything about and $85 haul away. I sent them away. The communication here is so bad and they cannot be trusted. Bob is also very rude. I encourage you to GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The lady in the office bus amazing the tall dark technician was polite and friendly, did not care for the owner ,I would recommend them as long as you get the nice ones

I wish I had read these reviews before allowing the warranty company to send these unprofessional, trash of a ""business"" into my home. These people destroyed my hood fan, let it fall onto my stove.. damaged my custom cabinets and have left me hanging for over 3 months for a ""resolution"" to the claim I placed with them for all the damages made.
Today, after calling Kate, who by the way is another unprofessional person, I get a vm stating they are refusing my calls and to deal with warranty company directly!! Can you all be believe this???? So upsetting.
I just made a complaint with the BBB... I encourage others to please do the same. This business should not be allowed to operate any further!!

Do not use this company. The 1 star is only for initial interaction when setting my appointment. This company was assigned through my home warranty company to repair a 1x1 dry wall patch for a plumbing job that was completed. When I called to schedule, the guy I spoke with was very nice. However, the technician that showed up to my house had an issue before I even opened my door. I opened and said hello and the first thing he says is, ""we are here to do the job, however I noticed your door says that we have to take our shoes off? We will need to go up and down a ladder and in and out."" Didn't even tell me his name but had a problem with having to take his shoes off. He also didn't have a mask. I told him that yes, I would require booties to be worn but you can take them off if you need to go up the ladder. I also asked him if he had a mask. He said yes. You could tell he just didn't want to do the job. I also offered to have him go through the garage which would eliminate my entry stairs. He said ok. I opened garage and he came inside my garage still with no mask ok. Not to mention he had a 2nd guy with him which I found weird. If my husband wasn't home, I would have felt uncomfortable. The job was a 1'x1' patch. Not necessary for 2 people. The 2nd guy had a mask on the whole time. Back to him in my garage...so he looks at me still no mask on and says, ""do you have booties"" - what?!? I need to supply you with booties? I told him I have a pair but not 2. He shook his head and again I think he was looking for every reason to not do the job. He said there's 2 of us so we need 2 pairs. I said I didn't have 2pairs. So he just resorted to not doing the job. And he still had no mask on!!! He had no notion of trying to problem solve, like out a drape down if you don't want to take your shoes off. He then wanted me to sign the work order and I told him I would not sign anything as he didn't do any work. He didn't like that answer and turned and walked away. He was a total a$$hole all because he didn't want to do the job because I asked him to remove his shoes. Interesting enough, the plumber that fixed the pipe in the wall where this guy was patching did the whole job via a ladder and with shoe covers on! Do not hire these people ever.

Very happy with the service. Sergio who scheduled the appointment was very polite and understanding. The technician wore his mask and boot covers and completed the job in same visit
Good job!

Avoid at all costs (was hired via home warranty). One of their employees got COVID, and I only found out when I asked multiple times why they had to reschedule the same day they were scheduled to come out (please note, I had already waited over a month for this appointment time). When it was ""rescheduled"" I never got a call back to confirm. I called another week later to confirm the exact date and time, and they said today. I then asked what time, they said ""uh.... maybe between 1-4."" I already had a full schedule planned but didn't want to wait another week (or month) for the next ""maybe"" appointment. Fast forward, the technician arrived without great communication and waited 15 min since arrival. They claim he waited 48 minutes (not true). Turns out, he didn't know where to fix the hole in the wall, and did not have the ""right materials."" He said to call the main office and reschedule. Great. I tried calling and left voicemails. Then I see an email from the home warranty company saying the job was completed and all paid for - wow. That's criminal! How does a company accept payment for a job NOT done? Shocking! I told them I would report to BBB when I finally spoke with the owner of the company again and he scoffed at me, then hung up. Agreed with all other reviewers - AVOID AT ALL COST. Company is a fraud and committing borderline criminal activity.

Consider this review as a ZERO STAR review. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't give this ability.
I had a SEARS insurance (canceled it already!). And thru them I've put a claim, that was routed to this company. My problem was a non-functioning water heater. The technician came pretty quick.
The heater was tightly wrapped into an insulation blanket. The heater's model and make couldn't be read that easily due to that. Guess what the technician did? He simply teared the insulation apart! When I asked who would fix it, he said they will, in a process of fixing the main problem. I had doubts at this point, but assumed ""it's an insurance, what could go wrong?"". Everything did, as I have learned later.
The technician didn't try to do any real troubleshooting. He tried to reignite the pilot lite, and it didn't work. Not a surprise, that was exactly the reason why I've filed the claim. And then, he simply stated it's a regulator fault. Whatever! It's paid, so why would I argue? In my opinion it was a simple thermocouple fault, but who am I to argue with a certified technician? And so I didn't. He went to his vehicle and spend about a half of an hour for who knows what. Maybe, for filing a report?
I waited for 3 weeks before losing my temper and staring poking around. And when I did, I figured that the claim in SEARS is simply closed. I called to ""Performance Electrical Co"" to learn what's happening, and they said that SEARS rejected the order for a reason unknown. FOR THE UNKNOWN REASON! This company didn't know why the claim was rejected, that's what they said to me. I called to SEARS and they told me that the contractor have reported that my heater: a) was improperly installed; b) had a precondition. Any of these statuses makes the heater ineligible for the insurance! My attempts to clarify what exactly was wrong with the heater have failed. None of the parties provided any details. They just ""decided"" my heater is ineligible, that's it.
I tried to get a report copy. SEARS told me ""the service report is provided verbally, and we do not keep physical copies"". Really?! It was the point when I cancelled my subscription with them. And ""Performance Electrical Co"" was simply incompetent to give any clear answer on the matter. It doesn't seem they keep the report copies either, but they are not as honest as SEARS to admit it.
That being said, I suggest you to keep away from this company. Their technicians are incompetent, and their ""customer support"" is totally helpless.
