Despite my paying for their twice-per-year maintenance contract and scheduling my maintenance appointment several months out, they cancelled my appointment with 1 day notice and said next availability was in another 2 months. Currently waiting on a promised $75 refund for their failure to deliver but am not optimistic they will deliver on that promise either. Didn't even get a sincere apology or explanation. I do not recommend.

I'm a customer from the previous ownership - which was wonderful service. I tried to make a service/maintenance check up in June this year, and was told the first available appointment was 8/7 between 12 and 4 pm. Stayed home to make appointment, and someone from the company called me at 3:00 pm to cancel today's appointment and reschedule at the end of September. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for sooner appointment, since I have been waiting 2 months already, no other options were offered. And worse - no apology or explanation. I will NOT use this company again and am telling my condo neighbors to beware. I see lots of other complaints here, so they are clearly a poorly run company.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! After multiple cancelled appointments, the technician finally shows up and now I do NOT have air. it has been the worst experience with any vendor in the state of Florida. Managers are useless!!!! Voicemail boxes are always full. The company provides 24/7 operator call services; not A/C service.

I have a maintenance contract that is paid for. They have cancelled on the the day of service three times now. Too bad they were bought out. The service use to be exceptional. It's so bad now....
I recommend you look elsewhere.

I purchased a preventative maintenance program. Company has canceled two appointments already and wants to schedule a third appointment 4 weeks from now. Very poor service. Managers unavailable. Paradise Air used to be a good company, but after their merger the company is now worthless. You would be well advised to look elsewhere.

No air for a week, four phone calls and two service appointments abandoned. Finally after 7 days MARVIN came, fixed and conquered! Marvin was wonderful. I will have to look around for service in the future, of my TRANE, that was installed 12 months ago by performance!

Horrible, setup a tuneup/inspection 3 weeks ago was given a date 3/19 from 12-4pm.

Was called at 3pm and told on thier way, will be there before 4pm. At 4:30 no SHOW! Called and canceled and was given a Mailbox which was FULL!!

I have relocated to a new home. I am closing in less than a week. I live in another city and I received a call from my realtor during the property inspection that the A/C was not running. I called Performance A/C because they purchased the company that I used for my home, business and rental properties.
The tech showed up and called me that he had arrived. I told him what the error code was and he said he would take a look. He called me back and charged over $800 to clean a clogged drain line. I was not contacted with a price before the repair was made so I didn't have a choice but to pay.
This technician and the company are price gouging. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Made an appointment with this Company because my Air conditioner was out They sent me a Text saying the technician was on his Way
He never Came so I had to Sleep with No Air until the next Day when I found a wonderful and Reliable Company
