My main complaint at this time is poor management and/or customer service. I, too, have had my 6 month AC check-up re-scheduled twice now and then had to wait another month for an open date. The excuse given was lame- many other customers with no air? Why is that exactly? That makes my 6 month checkup 8mo months...and, if this company truly cares about its customers, they would hire a tech person to build and design a database of customers which would alert them as to when their service was up or when they needed to schedule and would call the customer to do just that instead of leaving it up to the customer to remember to call them.

My technician, Leon, completely blew me away. He was so professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He explained every step of the process and didn't overcharge me like the previous company did. He was able to get everything fixed at the time of the appointment and didn't try to sell me a new unit. Very, very thankful for his exceptional service.

Your technician, Scott Vogan, came out to fix my thermostat and found a problem with the condensate drain. He worked very hard for several hours and was able to get my system running again. He was most diligent and conscientious to get the work done. I rate his work a double the five star rating your system allows. Thank you very much.

Made an appt for 8am and noon. No call/no show. Call shortly after and gentleman says the guy had to go back to a job from the previous day and they will notify when he's on the way. Why no call in the morning to let me know he's delayed? 90 mins later a call saying he's not coming and can come tomorrow. Tomorrow doesn't work for me!! I stayed home from work today to fix my issue!! Time wasted in looking for an actual Electrician that will show up!!!! DOOOO NOOOTTT Use this company!!!

This place is a complete fraud scam. Please don't make the mistake I made and spend 10 cents with this company. They will lie and cheat and steal any money you will pay them. I spent over $15,000 for a Trane Unit and two mini splits and they all broke within the first year and I've had nothing but problems ever since. They don't have any amount of integrity and do not stand by their made up ""warranties"" so do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place!

Despite my paying for their twice-per-year maintenance contract and scheduling my maintenance appointment several months out, they cancelled my appointment with 1 day notice and said next availability was in another 2 months. Currently waiting on a promised $75 refund for their failure to deliver but am not optimistic they will deliver on that promise either. Didn't even get a sincere apology or explanation. I do not recommend.

I'm a customer from the previous ownership - which was wonderful service. I tried to make a service/maintenance check up in June this year, and was told the first available appointment was 8/7 between 12 and 4 pm. Stayed home to make appointment, and someone from the company called me at 3:00 pm to cancel today's appointment and reschedule at the end of September. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for sooner appointment, since I have been waiting 2 months already, no other options were offered. And worse - no apology or explanation. I will NOT use this company again and am telling my condo neighbors to beware. I see lots of other complaints here, so they are clearly a poorly run company.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! After multiple cancelled appointments, the technician finally shows up and now I do NOT have air. it has been the worst experience with any vendor in the state of Florida. Managers are useless!!!! Voicemail boxes are always full. The company provides 24/7 operator call services; not A/C service.

I have a maintenance contract that is paid for. They have cancelled on the the day of service three times now. Too bad they were bought out. The service use to be exceptional. It's so bad now....

I purchased a preventative maintenance program. Company has canceled two appointments already and wants to schedule a third appointment 4 weeks from now. Very poor service. Managers unavailable. Paradise Air used to be a good company, but after their merger the company is now worthless. You would be well advised to look elsewhere.
