Ray is always so pleasant to deal with.. very straight forward and customer centric ... he covered with me the issues with my older system related to the problems I am having ... then sold me a new system for an great price .. as usual they came in the best out of 3... but it's not always about the price, it's about who you are working with.. and I have to say vibes with Perfect Star are always on point .. thanks again guys

Just had a pre-heating season check of our furnace that Perfect Star installed last year. Technician Danny Tran completed a thorough cleaning and inspection of our furnace and carefully reviewed each step with me after he completed the work. Very pleased with Danny's efforts.

I have only utilized the scheduled maintenance plan for both my A/C and heating units. It gives me some piece of mind and honestly I appreciate the effort the technicians put in. Just had Dylan J over and he serviced both units, talked me thru everything he saw and cleaned up inside of 30 minutes. My units are 5 years old so I'm just trying to stay on top of major service and think this is good value as I have no interest in doing it myself.

We needed to replace both of our heaters and air conditioners and all the ducts and boots in our house. Within 1 week of contacting Perfect Star, all was done and functioning well. Pricing was not cheap, but better than expected. I really liked Chuck, Martin, Keon, and Jesus. All did their jobs very well, were courteous, and considerate of our home when they did the work. We increased our project requirements while the project was running and they still got it all done within the 3 days they promised. Very good experience and we highly recommend!

It's hard to earn my trust, but I have to say, Perfect Star has. All the technicians who maintain my HVAC twice a year have been professional, efficient, patient and provide education as well as answered all my questions. The service report I receive has pictures of each component serviced and what their meter is reading.

I appreciated Dylon Jeske taking the time to explain what a heat pump is and how it differs from what I currently have (for future consideration). While I have an older system (13-14 yrs) that is still running well, he alleviated my concerns about when it may need to be replaced by explaining some of the red flags they might see in the future that would require more troubleshooting to determine the next best step.
