Good service and stand up electrician... We had a new dryer installed in our brand new house but it didn't work. The installers said it was an electrical problem. So we called Perfect Electrical Services. The electrician who came out discovered that the appliance installers/delivery drivers incorrectly installed the cable. I will withhold the name of the company until I find out how they will cover the cost of the electrician who quickly and immediately fixed the problem.

I'm completely lost when it comes to this type of work, however, I call to seek help and of course a technician to address our office electrical needs. Upon initial contact there was really no help and after a short explanation of what I was looking for I'm met with one word answers and silence as if my lack of knowledge and/or experience with electricians baffled this lady. Perfect ES is now the service end of McCauley Electrical. -- Had a great experience with them years ago now again with Perfect. Kevin was great. He called hours before the scheduled time because he had an opening, came right away and was done with my outlets in no time. Fees are standard but fair. I highly recommend this outfit.

Does not return calls or follow up. When he finally does he sends a text for the estimate and never sends a written estimate. Worst customer service ever. Worst part is a company my company works with recommended this guy to me. I would never use him even if he was the cheapest quote. If he can't return calls or send things when promised who knows if he'll even show up to do the actual job.

Look no further, this is the company to use for electrical services. Kevin & Chris are the best. They arrived on time, and got right down to business. I had two hanging lights installed and they put them up in no time. They are knowledgable, professional, and very skilled at what they do. They also are very helpful and make great recommendations.
