We're working on making the outside of our home look as good as the inside. There was a good looking motion detector light at Costco that we purchased and needed to have installed. I called Perfect Electric and they were able to send a team the following week (there was no rush on my end.) Kevin and Renn came out, we discussed the options for installing the light (there were a couple different ways to do it) and based on the options, I was able to decide which option would look best. Prior to beginning the work, they gave me an estimate of both the cost and the time it would take.

The light looks great and Renn and Kevin were super helpful in providing me with options. The next time I need some electrical work performed, I will definitely be calling Perfect Electric Services!

Originally I was not quite clear why one must pay a fee to request an estimate, but then it became apparent that these guys were top quality, and in high demand.

Estimate: Anthony and Cesar arrived on time and were professional and courteous. My request involved an entire house full of issues, including a breaker change, service upgrade, and volumes of switch/outlet changes and updates. They took the time to explain their intended approach, answered my questions thoughtfully, and provided me with a reasonable timeline and budget. They also explained they would be the ones returning to do the work if I were to hire Perfect. They spent a few hours with me walking me through what they recommended based upon my requests.

Work [changing breaker panel and service upgrade]: Anthony and Cesar came back for the work for which they quoted, as promised. From the start, they were eager to do the work to my specifications, answer my questions, and help assuage all of my concerns. When they arrived at a stopping point which required a decision, they approached me for confirmation to ensure things were done as I wanted them. When asked to try a different approach, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I found their work to be high quality and their approach to the work to be quite reassuring.

They are friendly, approachable, and it is obvious from their interactions they enjoy their job and working with each other. I've since hired them for additional work, all of which has been great.

Call Backs: Perfect has a great receptionist named Victoria who is fast and responsive and clearly helps run this great place - her executive presence on the phone makes you feel right at home. When I've called and left messages, Anthony and Cesar have called right back and been in touch quickly - there was no chasing them.

If you have any electrical needs, Perfect is your one stop shop - no need to look further. I will put them on speed dial for all my future needs.

Wow! Too bad you don't offer your services above the Mason Dixon Line! Anthony and Cesar were excellent! They responded to our job on short notice and did an outstanding job starting the job. They were on time too! Everything was explained in detail and they were clean and neat! Anthony and Cesar were just PERFECT!

I have to say I was very impressed with Anthony and Ceaser. I had sparking in the closet and was very concerned. They came over quickly and fixed a bad light fixture. They were nice, honest, polite, clean, knowledgeable, and very professional. I found my new electricians! I selected this company randomly when I first bought my house 3 years ago to re-do all my outlets and several other items. They did great, were on time, professional and friendly. Good job.
So 3 years later I needed an electric company to re-ground my house for insurance purposes. I couldn't remember what company I originally used so I called one randomly again and explained what I needed done. In the end they missed the appointment. I had specifically taken that day off for this. I gave that other company a second chance and amazingly the same thing happened! So I repeated the process with another company. They called an hour before to say they would not be able to make it. I unbelievably had to try a third company. And it was the same result! Super frustrating!
So I'm in the closet by the water heater and fuse box doing something and noticed a sticker on the fuse box. Perfect Electric had put it there 3 years ago. So NOW I remembered the name of that original company I had used.
I called them, set the appointment and they came, did great job with no problems. Professional and RELIABLE company, especially compared to so many other slip-shod companies. Good job.

Had the guys out a couple times now - first time to help with some trouble outlets right after we moved into new place / second to replace some fans. While about halfway through the fan job as I type this - they earned my business after the first trip out and will use again when we run into the need.

My new insurance company gave me ten days to replace my electrical panel or they would cancel my homeowners coverage. I called PERFECT ELECTRIC SERVICES and Kevin and Renn came to my home to give me an estimate. I was told they would show between 12 & 2. Imagine my surprise when they pulled into the driveway at 11:59!
They gave me a quick estimate and with ten days' notice (minus 6 days that I would be out of the country) They scheduled and completed the repair.
Kevin and Ren were professional, knowledgeable, polite and left the work area just as they found it. I would not hesitate to call Perfect Electric Services the next time I need the services of a PROFESSIONAL electrician.

This is probably my favorite company to work with in all of Fort Lauderdale. I have known Chris and Jonathan McAuley, the owners and quality assurance of Perfect electric services for years. Not only are they super friendly and easy to work with, but their employees are always on time, do a good job, and leave me with nothing to worry about when getting their job done. As a general contractor, this is very important to me. From start to finish they have done what they said they will do, on time,without any exorbitant surprises along the way (Chris is an amazing estimator) for those of you looking for a professional company that is reasonable with pricing and offers quality service, look no further than Perfect Electrical Services.

I was a total skeptic... I thought for sure I would be overpaying and that I would have wasted the fee just for them to come by. I was totally surprised! OMG!!! I can't believe I found true tradesmen in pompano. I have had my electric required from scratch but never worked well though it passed permitting inspection. Perfect came in and BAM! The professionalism and knowledge floored me. I have had to pay twice over for all the previous work done because anyone who can carry a hammer seems to think themselves a skilled tradesman. This is not the case with Perfect Electric. I am gritty with happiness to have found Ceaser and Anthony. God bless them and me:)
