7/29/2020: Kevin and his assistant Chris showed up on time, got to work, were knowledgeable and precise, cleaned up after themselves, and in less than 3 hours, we had ceiling fans up on our concrete ceilings -- something that we've wanted since 2007 !! I don't know what we were waiting for. Kevin and Chris were courteous and professional, and the installation looks great.

9/23/2020 update: the fan installations are still ""perfect"". I haven't looked twice at the little holes Kevin had to cut into the dry wall for the electricity. Our ceilings are white, so the cord channels from the wall to the fan don't bother me at all, they're a little industrial looking and I like that. Really nothing to report -- no problem is a good problem, right? Definite five stars.

it was a fantastic experience working with this company Renn was here when he said he would be and was faster than he said too. I replaced my old kitchen lights with LED lights, replaced my 50 year old switch plate as well as the outlet under my sink and it didn't take long at all plus there was no mess left behind.
I felt there prices were also very good especially since the last electrical company i used shouldn't even BE in business.

Came out to evaluate scope of work and give estimate. Never sent estimate even after I gave them the benefit of doubt and called thee company, left a voicemail, requesting it. Although business owner says they called and the line ""rang busy"" I got a voicemail nearly 10 days after mine. Not sure what ""ringing busy"" means when calling a cell phone.

This was my second time working with Perfect Electrical and their service is consistently good. They arrived as scheduled to provide the quote and to do the job. Their prices are fair but not cheap. 3 years ago they updated my electrical panel, this time they installed a 240V plug to charge my Tesla. The 240V socket is a snug fit and I couldn't get the plug in, the owner came back to plug it in for me. Everything works as expected and their follow up service was excellent. Certinaly give them a call for your electrical needs!

We were looking for a company to hang a chandelier on a high ceiling and after calling over 15 companies Perfect Electric is the best! Right when we called Jesse was friendly, professional and ready to help. They came out to give a quote and Kevin, Michael and Renn were very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. They also were able to change a light fixture that we've been meaning to change for a long time. Thank you perfect electric!

Don't Use These People...

They did work for me and left wires showing and ungrounded. Then when I called to let them know the person who answered the telephone started screaming at me for changing a light bulb that shocked me
several months later. No one changes a light bulb until the light goes out...duh....

Breaker was popping on my hot tub. Just had been installed less than a year. Tech came out and said it was wired all wrong and did some rewiring.
Less than a month later, the breaker is popping again. Called and was rudely told that the number I called was for after hours only and to call back in the morning. I travel for work and I try to get things done while I am home. Just want to get something scheduled. Didn't need the rudeness.
I will update after I see what happens on the recall!

Update-
They did send another tech out and fixed the issue. I have not had a problem since.

Perfect Electric did a great job upgrading our electrical panels when we first got our house. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and work efficiently. Their work is high quality. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for all our electrical needs!
