Geraldo arrived early and was ready to start before scheduled time. He was polite and professional. He had an assistant who helped set up the projects and vacuumed when through. He even took the old fixtures and packaging. I ended up adding more to the scope of work and his prices were very reasonable. I would and will do business with him again. He replaced a ceiling fan, exterior light fixture and several switches and outlets in an older home. Highly recommend Geraldo at Perez Electric!

We had problems with our GFI outlets in the kitchen. The electrician was very responsive and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and communicated very well. The electrician was very professional and friendly.

He fixed the problem very quickly and had new parts with him. He upgraded our gfi plugs with ease. We highly recommend this company for your electrical repairs. Great job

Gerardo and his helper, Rosario, installed a new sub panel & EV charger for our home. From the moment they arrived till they left it was one of the best experiences we've had with work done at our home. Always in communication, prompt, squeaky clean, explains his process, quality work and attention to detail is what Gerardo delivered. Two things that stood out the most was the impeccable clean up and he actually uses a label machine versus a Sharpie to identify the breakers! Who does that? Payment was easy and he provided a receipt at the end of the day. His quote was very fair and no up charges. A personable and professional licensed electrician who knows his field. Happy to say our new go-to electrician!

Gerardo and his team installed two fans and a 220V EV socket in my house. Right from the first contact, he and his team were great to work with. He scheduled my job quickly and had competitive prices.

On the day of the project, he and his team were right on time, worked quickly, and suggested solutions to our peculiar electrical switch situation from the 70s. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with their work and would work with them for my future electrical needs.
