Contacted Juan directly from a list on Yelp for home electrification work. He responded promptly and directly to the request for quote, answered every followup question and got the job. On the appointed day he showed up with his crew, finished most of the work, and returned the next day to wrap it up.
The work was done just as described and bid except for a change I requested. He made the change without charge, and invoiced the agreed-upon price. Juan Sean, and Pasqual were friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful of the property.

I quoted a job with these guys to retrofit recessed can lights from CFL to LED. They provided a resonable quote for parts and labor... We wound up delaying the project for 2 months, when we asked if they were still interested in the job the cost jumped 30%!! They claimed they had misquoted the job for 4 cans instead of 6 and blamed the increase on high material cost. I went with someone else and saved 20% off their original quote and 33% off their revised quote. I would not use Peralta Electric for anythng
