Excellent. The owner came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with my heat pump water heater. He charged a very fair price for the work completed and helped me figure out how to get the unit replaced under the warrantee. Looking forward to working with Peralta Electric again.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Service**

I recently contacted Peralta Electric and spoke with the owner, he said his name is Juan but I don't know if it's true or not!!!!!, to help me get a cap for a double switch and one outlet. The combined cost for the part was $10.00, and it should have taken less than 10 minutes to install. I explained to Juan that I am an electrician and general contractor, but I live far from the property.

Once Juan arrived at the property, he called my office and demanded an additional $100.00. My employee connected me with him on the phone. When I confronted him, stating that we didn't need a switch and that the cover could be easily found at Home Depot or Lowe's, he called me an idiot.

I then asked for his electrician license or state contractor license, and he hung up on me. I am now trying to get in touch with someone at Yelp to verify if he is a licensed electrician.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received. There was absolutely no reason for the name-calling and agitation. I would not recommend Peralta Electric to anyone based on this experience.

Juan and his crew did an excellent job replacing my electric panel and adding a generator inlet box. They were on-time and respectful in answering all my questions. They went out of their way to be helpful and cleaned up very thoroughly. If I ever need an electrician in future, this company will be at the top of my list.
