From start to finish Penna Electric provided top notch service. Todd came over for our estimate and you can tell he has a wealth of knowledge. His team came to rewire the house, add new smoke detectors, install light fixtures and add some outlets in the garage. Everyone was super helpful, insightful and even finished a day early! Also, they are VERY respectful about wearing masks and making sure that there was electricity available for us while they worked as we are working from home during the pandemic. Nicest guys ever!

Todd is the best electrician I've ever met and I do real estate so I come across many electricians but his exceptional service and knowledge is incomparable to other competitors out there. I just moved into a my new home recently and I went in knowing there was some work to be done. Most notably, most of my outlets were out of date and ungrounded, as was indicated by my home inspector. I called Penna Electric in August and got the work done in September.

When I called, they were straightforward about how backed up they were, but Todd came over the next day to provide an in-person quote, which not many would do, understandably, due to the pandemic. He was punctual and donned a mask at all times. This common courtesy is not what surprised me though--as he wrapped up his inspection, we had a very detailed and lengthy discussion about what he saw, and how he would tackle each issue. He never talked down and didn't push to sell me anything beyond what was very obviously wrong. This solidified my confidence in choosing Penna. We then set time with Jaime for 3 days to bring my house up-to-date.

About a month later, Guillermo and Keith show up right on schedule, and each day they were just as prompt as Todd. They conducted themselves professionally and were very personable. At the end of each day they provided me with updates. In the month between as I became more attuned to the house, I began to think beyond what was originally proposed and wanted to do a bit more, and expressed this to the team. Without a hint of hesitation or grimace, they worked in the additional things I wanted into the current project. They still managed to finish on time and on my budget. As the project completed, they also showed me their work and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves (as well as whoever did the work before them).

The Penna team truly went above and beyond my expectations. As I shopped around, they were also among the most affordable options, but only because Todd took the time to assess what I truly needed. I'm incredibly happy with the work and will absolutely recommend Penna Electric to my friends, family, neighbors, and anyone that mentions anything remotely related to electricity.

Slam dunk of a job. Exactly like the one my neighbor had done. We will never know because it seems they don't need jobs right now. Can't say how good these guys are because they don't have the back office support to keep their appointments straight. I called and they didn't have me in their system? But I spent all that time and effort giving them all my info last week only for them not to have it when I followed up with them today when nobody showed up. If their office is this messy, it's difficult to trust that the work would be any good.

I needed an electrician and based on Yelps reviews I contacted Penna Electric through Yelp. The owner Todd responded within an hour of my post. A meeting was set up; Todd was very thorough, explained the scope of work, gave me a few options and did not pressure me to use his service. A quote was emailed to me, the pricing was reasonable and I agreed to the proposal.
Every day his crew came on time and the job was completed within the time frame I was given. I am very pleased with the work done. His staff was very professional , wore masks and booties inside my home. I need to mention his office staff Jaime who is very personable and great to work with. I will definitely be calling Penna Electric for all my electrical work....
