This company is horrible. What happened to the deregulation of over charged electricity companies?? Customer service was Awful! The fees are ludicrous for a business. $575 to just turn on electric. Are you kidding me! None the less, I am given the option to choose this company or go without electric for my business. Not great options.

I'm with everyone else.... We've lived in our house 2 1/2 yrs and this month was the worst ever!!!!!! We went from $140-$250 every month to this month $380+!!!!! What's the deal????? There are only 3 of us in the house.... This company needs a wake up call!!!! People are struggling to survive and they are just lining their pockets!!!!!

This is just for the Christmas Display: delightful, magical. Worth a stop in. Family friendly. A vendor provided what looked like hot chocolate for sale and had good retail traffic. Good for them.

Great night sky above, brilliant displays tastefully electrified in the trees.

If driving to Fredricksburg, it's on the way, stop in!

Police monitor event unobtrusively. Felt safe.

This light display is a yearly event. Enjoyed it last year and this, just as much.

Nice give back for the community. No idea how they are as energy providers, but they done good with their light display.

Arborist.........Nina Walther.authorized her tree trimming crew to BUTCHER our large ash tree.....she claimed it had incroaching limbs on the electiric lines...the thing is I had my tree professional trimmed prior to sprng this year..there was NO limbs touching the lines.....when I approached her she was in denial regarding the damages to the tree...the tree has been....completely destroyed..my neighbors trees however were NOT damaged..in fact some of them were completely skipped...in trimming...this woman does NOT know what she is doing in supervising these tree trimming crews I am awaiting a return call from her boss/CEO..he /she needs to come look at this damage!

Money down the drain. They waste electricity on purpose to impress the public. Again, what a waste. Pedernales Electric has spent millions on promotions and PR. What do the rate payers think?

During Christmas it is a must see! Johnson City is only an hour from Austin. Get in your car and go! Take your family, children, neighbors, dogs and cats.

The trees surrounding the Pedernales Electric Coop are decorated by fairies and elves. I swear this is true. Who else would create such an amazingly spectacular light show?

When you arrive, here are your instructions: Get out of your car. Walk over to the huge grove of trees with the twinkly lights. Spin around under them. Laugh and giggle. Hug each other. Feel better?

The Christmas lighting here is gorgeous. Definitely worth it to drive out of your way to see.

Fantastic, magical and free!! Go check out the courthouse a few blocks away too. There are some colored lights in the mix but they ""smeared"" when I tried to get pictures. Time for a new camera.

After FINALLY visiting the P.E.C. at Christmas to see all the lights in the trees and all... I officially decided that it is imperative whoever finally proposes to me does so here... otherwise I will not say yes... nah, J/K... but it WOULD be amazing to be proposed to under all the lights. You can't even imagine it unless you go and see it!

They also offer horse-drawn carriage rides from the Johnson City Courthouse just a few blocks away...! And it's only like, $6... well worth it if you're making an adventure of the excursion that way from SA.
