Terrible customer service. Called to talk to someone about billing for Solar on my roof and they said I had to use the website, I could not talk to anyone in person. They also charge for the honor of being provided power by them. This company is the worst I've dealt with since moving to an area that only they service. As soon as there is an option I will be moving my service.

Without doubt, the most expensive and problematic utility company I have ever dealt with. Payments not credited, confusion over account numbers, selected paperless billing, but the paper bill comes a week after the email, causing more confusion. I'll let you be the judge, $277 to keep 1200 square feet heated at 68 degrees for January. Now, $177 from Feb 18 to Mar 18. There have been multiple issues with the billing department with the 2 accounts I maintain. 2014, they claimed they had the account numbers in error, and hit us with a $700 EXTRA charge. Plus, because they were fined in court in the 90's for overcharging, they owe ME $196. Never, have I seen such problems trying to keep the electricity on. Avoid if possible.
