Ashley is my go to electrician. She and her crew upgraded my panel for my swim spa and hot tub. Once the hot tub arrived wired it up. Almost a year went by for the swim spa to arrive, she got that all wired up also. She installed a couple of new outlets today for the outside Christmas lights. We'll done.

Everyone at Peak is awesome! They worked with us over the course of a month through our home warranty. They were so thorough with all the documentation to our warranty company so there wasn't unnecessary back and forth. Communication was spot on and handled in a timely fashion. As a woman owned business, these ladies got in there did what they had to do and my electricity has been great ever since. If I ever have a problem, I would always refer back to them. I saw this business on Yelp and read it was an all female owned company, which I thought was pretty cool. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate. A young man named Tim came out and took pics as I shower him the project I wanted. About 4 days later I called to see when I would get the estimate. About 3 after that I got an email with an estimate but It was not exactly what I had requested and one piece was missing. I then called back and asked to speak to Tim so he could explain the estimate that was sent to me. The person on the phone tried to explain the estimate but couldn't and said Tim would call me back. I never heard back from anyone. I have since moved on to other companies for estimates.

Worth the wait! We had a fault in our electrical. The first electrician that we called out couldn't find it, and gave up. Peak sent someone out for an estimate right away. He also couldn't find the fault (we've got an old house with strange wiring), but he immediately said that they could fix it by running a new line from the breaker box.

Then we waited... and waited... for the quote. We did get a little impatient, but I'm glad we stuck it out. They apologized for the delay. When they finally booked the date, Ashley and Tim arrived right on time, were very patient in answering my many questions, and did fantastic work. They got done more quickly than I expected, too! We're very happy with the results, and plan to reach out to them the next time we need electrical work done.

It looks like Yelp removed my original review, so I'm reposting this after also filing a BBB complaint for breaching their contract; rather than owning up to their mistakes, they chose to waste more of my time with a misleading response to my complaint, which I had to send further time debunking with Peak's own estimate. I'll post that response next if Yelp tries to remove my review again.

Original review: So, I reached out to a number of electricians on yelp to replace some dimmer switches several weeks ago. Natalie at Peak responded and sent a technician to provide a quote. The technician seemed nice enough, but maintained that we needed a full inspection before they could fix the dimmer switches--they charged me nearly $500 for this inspection, then told me that the solution to the issue that *I already reported* was to replace the dimmer switches--exactly what I told them in the first place. They could not actually perform the switch work during that 2.5 hour visit, because they said they had another appointment. Natalie came back to me and said I would be charged the 3-hour minimum fee of $550 *again* plus parts to actually have the problem addressed. I pointed out that it would be appropriate and ethical to prorate the 3-hour charge, since I already paid that once and the problem hadn't been fixed weeks after I reported it. In response, Natalie responded that Peak took an intervening job that would keep them busy for 3-6 months, and they couldn't possibly do the few hours of work needed to address the problem I initially reported--which would only involve replacing 6 switches in total. Seems incredibly dishonest, vindictive and unprofessional--I paid them nearly $500 to fix a problem I reported, then they didn't fix it and wasted a ton of my time to boot. This company engages in unethical business practices; I'm going to be reporting them to the state licensing authorities and would recommend passing on these folks until they learn to act ethically.

If, like me, you have always had a hard time finding a good electrician-give Peak Electric a call!

We had a small electric job to do in our home. My mother who lives with me called 3 different electricians-not a single call back. Then I took over last week, and reached out to 5 different highly reviewed companies. Only 2 bothered to call me back. One told me they'd email an estimate-then silence. Peak responded to me right away, and scheduled an appt. 5 days later.

Aaron came on time and did a fantastic job. I have 2 special needs adults in the home, so I kind of had to follow him around to make sure my girls didn't get into his tools or anything-he was very friendly and comfortable with that and I will definitely call Peak the next time I have the need for an electrician.
