I'm really grateful for having found Peak Electric. I had an issue with my fire alarms not receiving AC power. Peak Electric was the only company that offered to come down and provide an estimate at no cost, (all other electricians I contacted told me it would cost anywhere from $150-500 just to diagnose the problem). When Ashley came, she identified the problem within minutes. It turned out to be a quick fix, so she didn't even charge me for the service! Thanks so much. HANDS DOWN this will ALWAYS be the company I use for my electric needs! I randomly lost power to my fridge and several outlets. I requested a quote from Yelp and they were the first to reply and made it to my house within a couple of hours. After an assessment of the situation, Ashley and the team was able to identify my issue. It was extensive and costly but they helped me work with my insurance company and were able to get everything covered.

When I spoke to my claims adjuster she told me that she wished every claim was submitted in such a thorough and timely way. She said it made it easier for her to process and approve. My insurance adjuster even said that she was going to use Peak because she was so impressed with the documentation, pictures and amazing communication.

Ashley and her crew also did some extra work for me by rerouting an outdoor outlet and didn't even charge me for it. I even took note and admired the way she worked with her employees. She took every opportunity to train, teach and empower them. I noticed this on several different occasions as they were working in my home. I am so impressed with all aspects of the services they provided! I am a customer for life. Well done Ashley and Thank you.

The electrician was right on time, very professional and offered an appointment the next day. Best of all, the estimate was free. When she determined that there were no issues with our electrical panel, she charged us NOTHING! It is so rare to find this kind of customer service. I will absolutely use this business again.

They were very prompt, professional and did a great job explaining exactly what they were going to do. I was all set to pull the trigger then I got the quote. They were double the next highest bid and easily 3 times what we'd planned to spend. Unfortunately I was not able to go with them this time. 5 stars for customer service, 3 stars for price, overall a solid 4.

Since writing my review I did receive a call from Ashley, expressing concern over my estimate and review. She was courteous, made no claims about other electricians quality to justify her pricing. Only that they are bonded, guaranteed and that they pull all required permits, plans and inspections. She did not discount her estimate, which I found to be a reflection of corporate pride. Whenever someone is quick with a discount I always wonder about their integrity. Why not just give an honest price to begin with?

I have no doubt that Peak is a great company and would do a great job. They still aren't the least expensive, but they do not hide what is and is not included. There will be no surprises on payment day. I have moved them up to 4 stars and redacted some of my earlier comments.

Very happy with Peak Electric. They were easy to work with and did a great job installing a new circuit in our plaster walls. They also fixed an issue on our panel that had been created by the installers for our heat pump AC. We will definitely call Peak Electric again if we need an electrician in the future.

Very fast response to telephone inquiry. They came to our house the next day to diagnose an electrical problem with an outdoor ceiling fan. Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired with new wiring and parts. Knowledgeable and professional electricians. Will highly recommend and hire again in the future.

Easily the best experience I've ever had with an electrician - I called Peak out of the blue when we started expediting huge power surges in our house, and Ashley was able to come out immediately and diagnose the situation. After we realized a downed line from the power company had damaged our electrical panel, Ashley was able to get a team out the same week to replace the entire system and bring everything up to code, and along the way she was super responsive and answered all of our questions. She identified that our issue was power surges due to a downed SMUD wire and got us an estimate to repair the resulting damages the same day. Her team was able to come fix our panel within 5 days.
