Cutting corners is not in my practice. I specialize in small residential tasks such as light fixture installations, ceiling and bath fan setups, video camera installations, outlet and switch replacements, doorbell installations, smoke detector checks, troubleshooting, and finish plumbing including faucets, toilets, drains, garbage disposals, washers, dryers, electrical water heaters, drywall repairs, touch-up painting, caulking, TV mounting, wall hanging, blinds, curtain rods, door knobs, locks, and various minor cosmetic repairs. In 1993, I began my career with a residential builder, completing punch-out lists daily. Years later, I joined the Conyers Housing Authority, performing home maintenance while simultaneously taking courses in residential electrical and plumbing. Eventually, I constructed a few split foyer homes from the ground up for investment, overseeing all inspections throughout the construction process. Ultimately, I launched my own Residential Handyman Services business.

Michelle H.I made a appt with Jamie for him to caulk the rooms in my apt. He tried to charge me $300.00 just to caulk the base boards, and was trying to tell me what he charged another customer. Then he kept trying to go down on the price thinking that he could bait me in to pay a ridiculous charge for a simple job. He is very dishonest, manipulative, and tried to overcharge me due to where I reside.
Laura I.We're thrilled with Peach Handyman Services, and will consider them to be our #1 handyman. PHS owner Mr. Jaime Guevara did a great job installing our new dining room light fixture. He has personally built his own home and is capable of doing all kinds of repair and handyman work.
Mr. Guevara went above & beyond to expertly install the new light fixture in spite of the fact that we mistakenly had the wrong bracket & screws. He immediately & quickly bought the correct bracket & screws at a local Home Depot, and although those screws were still too long (as opposed to ours which were too short) he used his metal cutting tool to cut the screws to the correct size. He was also very tidy as he left his shoes at the door, brought in his own moving pads to protect both our dining table and the floor, and swept up the work area afterwards.
Mr. Guevara of Peach Handyman Services was always great at communicating to us very cheerfully from beginning to end from the first contact to the end of an expertly done job. He is prompt, professional, upbeat, and always demonstrates a very genuine desire to cheerfully do the desired job to our satisfaction and at a very fair and competitive price. We're very grateful to have discovered a local, reliable handyman that owns his own business.
It was also a delight to get to know him and his family as we talked during his work. It's interesting to note that he is the author of his inspiring life journey, Bridges to Dreams. We highly recommend Mr. Jaime Guevara of Peach Handyman Services and look forward to both reading his book and calling him again for all of our future handyman needs.
