Had someone come out to do a diagnosis and they were pleasant and even assured me that he was giving me the best priced option for the work we needed. When we get the invoice it was A THOUSAND DOLLARS?! And then when we had someone else come assess the situation, they were appalled by how much they were charging us as well as how much they were charging FOR JUST A DIAGNOSIS (190$!). Unless you're willing and ready to pay an arm and a leg for work, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

I called around to many places and Peach Electric was the only one to get back to me the next day during the holiday week. They were understanding and professional during my inquires. They provided a reasonable quote for new electric panels and breakers plus having good contact with Sacramento County which came out the next day after installation to final the permit. The technicians were friendly and even looked at other concerns around the property for free. They provided a future project plan on the other items and gave their opinion on priority of my list of concerns. They had a wonderful webpage to view quotes and invoices. They arrived in a company marked van which now a days is a rarity. If you need anything electrical I highly recommend them. My project was done during the Holiday week in Dec so they are very dedicated in providing services.

I bought my house late 2020 and needed to upgrade my panel. It was old and had a broken breaker and I've been putting it off. I needed a new HVAC and the company I was going with was honest and recommended me to upgrade my panel and recommended Peach.

I was not home for the install, but my sister was and kept me updated. Martin and his helper were very professional and friendly. They came right on time and kept her updated through out the process. After it was all done, they clean up very well and talked her through what they did, the labels, and the inspection follow up from SMUD. I would recommend Peach Electric.

I can see why the previous reviews are not recommended- some of these people work there, and/or part of the family owned business. If Martin was actually in charge, things might have gone better. The work was at our father's 100 yr home in Carmichael. It required a complete new main and subpanel. The work was set up for two days- first the main, then the subpanel 1 week later. We did not need to be present day 1 as it was all exterior. Instead on day 1 my sister was called to be present for something ""minor"", Without prior notice or permission, a huge team descended on the house to do everything in one day: She was held captive for 10 hours! Mid-day Michelle at their office went off on an epic rant over the phone about payment in full by the end of the day! She insisted (untruthfully) that they would be complete and the permit would be signed off. No permit was even posted. The permit work was actually signed off some 10 days later! Martin (electrician) was working hard and although mistakes were made, he owned up to mistakes and fixed it. This gets the second star because Martin was polite, on time and doing his best. Michelle (office manager w/""family ties"") was the opposite and soured the deal: Constantly demanding full payment before completion, demanding change order $$ when it's part of the contract work, making lien threats before work is complete, refusing to repair or complete work that Martin quietly completed anyhow. This went on for another week or so- Martin polite- Michelle ranting, over-riding and undermining. It was very clear that any ""warranty"" would not be honored and anything not done before payment would never be completed. We finally had to enlist the help of the Contractor's Licensing Board to get the punchlist complete. Thanks to their oversight, the situation was quickly resolved. I would not recommend this company because the real electrician is not really in charge.
