Peter came to my house today and installed two new outlets and fixed an external outlet. Peter was communicative, punctual and friendly throughout. He was also professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I will be using him in the near future for a 220v install and would recommend to others without hesitation.

We were very disappointed by Peter of PDO Electrical Services. He charged $169 for a ""diagnostic"" visit during which he offered what turned out to be incorrect speculation about the cause of failure of some connected dimmer switches. After a few days, he sent an e-mail saying that the switch supplier's tech support had told him there was a simple fix that could be done by following a procedure with the dimmer switches. But Peter didn't say in his email what the procedure was. Instead, he told us to call the switch company's tech support. Save your time and money and try someone else.

With that said, Peter came out to look at my project of installing an EV car charger. While at my house, he inadvertently put too much pressure on my irrigation box which caused the pipes to misalign and created a leak. Thank goodness the cutoff switch was nearby, but I am not looking forward to fixing the pipe. To make matters worse, he said he would provide an estimate for my project AND then responded that he would ""have to pass"" on my project.

Overall, I would not reach out to this company again due to lack of situational awareness and follow through.

Peter was extremely responsive, taking my job right after he finished the one he was working on. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the wiring issue in my garage, and was happy to talk me through and educate me on what went wrong. I would recommend him 100%!

Peter is a real pro. He knows exactly what to do by exploring all options and at the same time a really great guy too. Peter has been out to my house twice replaced several GFCI outlets and is very thorough explains the steps he is following and how he arrived at a solution to fix the problem. He is very generous with his time and provides a very compete quote and probably spends a lot more time that he bills for.

We contacted Peter to install a Ring Pro on our house because we had determined our existing transformer was inadequate (12V instead of minimum 16V) and we have a place with an older electrical wiring system. He was able to install the upgraded transformer and the actual doorbell while explaining how previous work was done, logic wise. He also fixed an improperly shimmed and mounted electrical outlet before he left after figuring out why the last person set it up crookedly. I would highly recommend Peter for your electrical needs.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Peter of PDO. The outlets in my two bathrooms recently stopped working on a rainy night. On the phone, Peter was very clear in describing the price for him to do an analysis and resolution. He also clearly communicated availability, and was able to come by two days after the call, despite being very busy.

There were many possible causes for the nonfunctioning outlets, and during his visit, he tested for many different possible causes, eliminating each possible cause until he found the actual cause.

Peter was very honest and explained everything in layman's terms for me.
