My DYI project went majorly wrong on a Friday around 2 PM and I was in a state of utter panic. I went to Yelp and began looking for an electrician. Quite a few were booked for the next two weeks or couldn't get to me until Monday. That was unacceptable, because I had two rooms without electricity. I was referred by the secretary from Rankin after explaining my situation to Pavletich, because she said they were a larger company and possibly could help me. I called and what a blessing that was. Ryan returned my call and resolved my problem with a single call. I can't begin to tell him what a lifesaver his advise was. Lots of time and money saved with a single call. Thank you Pavletich. This was my first time calling your company, but it won't be the last if I have another electrical issue

I highly recommend Pav solar and Pavletich electric for all your needs. I had them put my solar system in and have been amazed at the level of customer service when it comes to backing their work even years down the road that a former employee didn't put in correctly. This is the level of service others should follow in this town. I will always have Pav solar and Pav electric come for work etc. Honesty and integrity go a long way! I would highly recommend this company the old saying goes you get what you pay for!

My mom had her solar turned off. The solar company also shut off the inverter to the heat in my moms home. The warranty company that does repairs to my moms home couldn't figure it. Called Pavletich left a message late Wednesday afternoon got a call back Thursday and problem fixed Thursday afternoon. We had no idea what was happening. So it would have been easy to be taken advantage of. They came out fixed the problem and only charged $ 110.00. My 81 year old mom had heat and I could rest knowing she was warm. Great job. I called to talk to an estimator to request a bid propolsal for what could have been around a six million dollar contract for Pavletich only to have the ""face of the company"" rudely hang up before I could get my name out. Called back and asked for estimating and she hung up again!

Terrible service... just terrible, the service is terrible and the work that pavletich service does is absolutely terrible, not to mention isn't even effective

I agree with Gilbert P. ""This company is a joke!"" I needed an electrician to do work. I was willing to pay $150/hr. with a 2 hr. minimum. Well,,,,no technicians were available. Really? How is it to walk away from money and this was your charge. I agreed to pay. I'll keep looking for a more reputable company....

Just nothing but problems. This company is a joke and I'll make sure when I move into a new home in town the first thing I'm going to ask is who installed the electrical components of the house. In my neighborhood they installed the electrical components. Poor job and just pure rubbish. Plus they are part of a class action lawsuit as well but it's too late for me to join in because my house is already 10years old. Other electricians love them so people like me can call them to fix their mess. What comes around goes around.

I called Pavletich after I got my vacuum cleaner plug stuck in the wall outlet while doing some minor home repair. They were the only ones who could come out on such short notice and were highly recommended years ago by a close long-time friend. I had Googled the problem and saw that this was usually caused by a short in the wiring and could be a serious fire hazard requiring a replacement of the socket. After 4 hours of waiting I called the office back and the woman on the phone was very nasty and patronizing. About 20 minutes later the ""tech"" showed up and after several tries yanked the plug out of the wall and left. Didn't even check the outlet for damage. Several days later I got an invoice for a $90 service call and 60 minutes' work time (which I was expecting). I pay my bills every 2 weeks so was very surprised to receive a second invoice less than a week later. I hate to think that I'm doing business with a company that is depending on my little $90 check to make of break them. The galling thing is that I had given the tech a 20-dollar tip for coming out at all because I was so relieved to see him. I contacted my long-time friend and he said they used to be excellent but not anymore. I will never call them again. I see another reviewer paid for 2 hours of service for 1 hour and 8 minutes. I paid $90 for 5 minutes!

Just needed to get some wiring checked within my home for what I thought was effecting my indoor lights. The technician showed up on time was quick to diagnose the issue and gave me tips on how I could resolve the issue. Great Job! Very Efficient.

Pavletich has been absolutely fantastic! The technicians are efficient and professional! I am a busy professional from the city and to move to a small town, it has taken some adjusting but the level of quality and performance that I experienced made me feel right at home.
