Exposed wiring - $180
Ceiling fans and chandeliers - $220 for new installs, $120 for replacements
Pricing for chandeliers might depend on the hourly rate
Holiday lighting - $100 per hour (for two workers)
Pendant lighting - $85 to $100 per fixture (depending on quantity)
Smoke detector installation - $25 for replacements
New smoke detector installs - $80
New exterior lights - $220, replacements - $120
Recessed lighting (per fixture) - $50 with attic access, $100 without
New bathroom exhaust fan installation - $220, replacements - $120
