Talk about service! We had a short in the line to our water heater and Paul was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon and fix the problem at a very reasonable price. Turns out the builder had wired the connections at the outlet backwards. If you ever need a top notch electrician, call Paul!

I sent them an email on Sunday and Paul responded within 10 minutes. After asking what my issue was and explaining, he said he would be out tomorrow (Monday) and would have it fixed within two (2) hours. He and his assistant came, diagnosed the problem and have all three (3) issues fixed in 1- 1/2 hours. Explained what had happened. I can not be more pleased with his company.

Paul and Edwin were available within an hour after making my request. They were very kind and professional. They were able to fix my bathroom vanity lights that would not come on for the past 3 weeks. They found the old electrical wire to be ""bad"" and replaced it with an up to date wire. They also taught me how to check the GFI outlet and to check it monthly.
From my personal view I thought that $285 minimum was a bit much when they only took 30 minutes to fix the problem.

As a Houston property manager I am responsible for a commercial strip center which recently required an upgrade in exterior lighting. I spend a lot of time speaking with many different types of vendors to coordinate maintenance. *** The kind of service Paul provided in ONE DAY is consistent with a vendor relationship that typically takes years to cultivate. *** I called Paul, he picked up the phone himself (wow), and told me he was going to be in the area in the next 3 hours.
