Waited one week for an appointment which I never do and was not given all of the hidden charges. When the guy arrived we got along well and then I discovered I was being charged for not only my conversation but for transportation fees. Was told that a few other people had the identical problem since the male who took the orders omitted vital info. My day has been wasted while my bathroom outlet still is not working. Was going to let the guy check anyway but he did not want to do so canceling in front of me. When I called to report the incident the first guy hung up then finally got someone else when calling back, This is terrible service and a lot of trouble could have been saved if I was told all of the fees from the beginning. Also was on disability and this added to my health conditions. NEVER use this over priced dishonest service.

I having been using Pattie Electric for a few years now and they are one of the best companies to deal with.

For my HVAC needs, Gary has been wonderful. He has worked on my mom's, my sister's and my AC and is very polite and hard working. I actually call to request him when I have an issue.

We have wanted to get our lights in our kitchen replaced and to add can lights. We received a quote from Roc and he actually complete them work himself. He was amazing also. Everything turned great and we are so happy with the end result.

When my air conditioner stopped cooling the house, I was seriously stressed. It's HOT outside! I called Pattie Electric and they were awesome! Gary is so kind and fair. I so appreciate the fact that this company does not take advantage of people. I know that should be a given, but there are other local AC companies that easily charge double and only care about lining their own pockets (not truly serving their community). I needed major work done. They moved fast, were very fair on the pricing, and fixed my AC. I HIGHLY recommend them! Think twice before you head to the local and bigger named AC companies. They are greedy and sketchy at best. P.S. If you call an AC company and they are trying to charge you over $40 per pound of freon, RUN! That means the rest of their prices will also be double! Go with Pattie (and see if you can get Gary). They are awesome!

We had work done for a new electrical panel at the end of June. We received both a phone call and a detailed written quote for everything that needed to be done for a little under $3,000. We accepted and they came out to do the work. At the end of the job one of the workers wrote up a bill for $3624.80 and said he'd wait while we wrote a check. I was a little blindsided at the $637 difference as at no time were we informed there would be additional costs. Then a few weeks later we get a bill in the mail with the original quote. I called & explained that I had paid the day of completion with a $637 addn'l charge added to the original quote & asked for an explanation. I was told they'd look into it. Two weeks later I get a receipt with the original quote and a line added underneath the $2987 with the $637 charge. (No explanation as what the extra charge was for). I then wrote a letter detailing what took place asking again for an explanation, but as of Sept. I have never heard a word. We have no complaints with the work that was done and are pleased with that aspect of it, but an unexpected $637 is a big blow to the budget especially when you get no explanation as to why.

Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding, the company and the individual named Frederick. The problem we had was a fluctuation of the lights and fans increasing and decreasing. We had to contact WREC also to determine if it was their problem or my problem from the outside power box/panel to the inside of my house. WREC determined that it was a neutral bus line and that the problem was on my end. So, contacting Pattie, they were able to get a technician, Frederick to my house 1st thing Monday morning. When Frederick trouble shooted the problem, he determined it was on WREC side for the neutral problem. This was great news for me and saved me hundreds of dollars. Frederick was able to convince WREC that it was their problem and they also determine that it was their problem and that I felt was because of Frederick expertise, knowledge and mild demeanor, WREC was willing to work hand in hand with Frederick. I would strongly recommend Pattie Electric and Frederick to work on any electrical problems.

They do OK work, I had to help the guy install my ceiling fan, but they charge you double the time it takes. They charge you from when they leave there place to when the paperwork is done, which apparently takes almost thirty minutes. So be ready to pay DOUBLE what ever they quote you on the phone.
