Called and spoke with receptionist about an outside light that wasn't working
She said she would check the schedule and call me back. Been 3 days now and nothing. This is the 2nd time I've had this same experience with this company. I can't say enough about how good the electricians are, they are great. The problem is getting an appointment.

I made an appointment about a week out to have some electrical issues taken care of at my residence. An appointment was set between 8:00 and 8:30 in the morning. The day they were supposed to come no one was there at 10 till 9:00 so I called the company and got no answer so I had to leave a voicemail. After about 30 minutes of waiting with no return call I had to call another company to come out and take care of the work because I had already taken the day off and it had to be done today. I didn't get a callback from this company until 10:24.... 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled advising they were sending someone out but the work was already done by then. (I missed the call so I would have told them not to come) When the employees arrived they said they had an emergency that came up. It would've at least been nice to get a courtesy call first thing in the morning to know they were at least coming and I wasn't being completely blown off.
