Dear Owner,

You sent a tech with no license and very little experience to a job that required experience. I don't have a problem with on the job training, but sending them alone isn't the way you teach someone who's trying to learn the trade. I will now have to hire another electrician since things like my thermostat (it worked when they showed up) and possibly other things are no longer working. Yelp guarantees your business, but I guarantee that every time someone asks me if I know a good electrician, my answer will be I know who you should never hire. You're a crappy boss. Do better.

Update: I appreciate your response to my review. The tech made you aware there were issues, and the response I was given was someone would come next week. A call from you would have been the better way to go. Having to go without the things that aren't working for a week isn't a good solution for me. I encouraged your tech to find a company willing to actually train him and not leave him hanging when he's in over his head. He was very pleasant and eager to learn. He learned a hard lesson through no fault of his own. I have no interest in doing business with a company that thinks so little of their employees.

Daric was extremely helpful. I needed help with my Tesla wall charger which wasn't working properly. He was able to work his magic and the charger now works. Highly recommended!

After reading the positive reviews on Yelp, I reached out to Patriot Power on a Thursday morning to provide a consultation and bid for my full bathroom remodel. The very same day I was contacted directly through the Yelp email service, then we followed up by texting directly and I sent him photos of the before and after sketches for this project. I was informed of the 99.00 fee for the appointment which would be applied to the project if I selected their bid estimate for this remodel. I agreed with the policy and we set an appointment for Patriot Power to arrive between 7-8:00 the following Monday morning. On Monday, no one showed up for the scheduled appointment, and no one sent a note of cancellation or even a follow up to reschedule this appointment. I'm not able to comment on the electrical services of Patriot Power Electric, but I can say they failed at communicating with me and honoring appointments they agreed to.

Alex was great! I was pleasantly surprised that he could instal my Ring motion detector camera the same day! That definitely exceeded my expectations.

Daric is an outstanding young man! He was quick to respond. Came out and figured out my mom's issues and quickly repaired them at a fair and reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and hire him. You will not be disappointed. He is very easy to talk to and explains everything he does. Great customer service! My wife plans on using him for projects she has swimming up in that little head of hers. I'm a little scared! lol Just kidding. If you are in need of an electrician, look no further. I've worked with Daric and team for two projects now, and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an electrician. I worked directly with Daric on the first project, and with his technician Michael on the second. On both occasions, these guys were responsive to the inquiry, quick to schedule, reliable and efficient with the work, and friendly and helpful when responding to questions.
