Wish I could rate his work, but I reached out twice, sent my address upon request twice, was told he'd look at his schedule and let me know when he could come take a look. I never heard back either time, so all I can do is rate communication. In my line of work (finance), one basic professionalism expectation for my MLOs was timely communication, even if the news was bad. If they promised an answer by a deadline and that deadline arrived and we still didn't have an answer, then they would at least called to let the borrower know that. Communication and organization seems to be a lost skill set among too many tradesman these days. Even a quick ""no"" is better than no answer at all..

I reached out to Patriot Electrical Services early in the morning via Yelp. Drew responded quickly and was able to come to my house to help with a GFI switch that had water damage from a plumbing issue we're currently addressing. We've been feeling very stressed about the remediation company drying out the affected areas and the costs involved. When Drew arrived, he was very professional. He knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the damaged GFI switch and tripped breaker. He was at the house for less than an hour to complete the repair. We weren't sure what his charge would be, but his fee was very reasonable, especially compared to the larger companies in town. We will definitely keep Drew's business card for any future electrical needs. Thank you, Drew!

We just purchased an older house and we questioned the safety of the current state of the electrical in the house. We had an electrician inspect the electrical prior to purchase and unfortunately the electrician was less then honest and reassured us that the electrical was safer and more reliable then we had thought. He was wrong... within less then a week of moving in a braker failed in our old outdated (and known fire hazard once it begins to fail) braker box. I was understandably alarmed and panicked because I knew that replacing the box would be a huge expense that we had been informed by the first electrician we wouldn't need to budget for - and having just purchased a house our budget was understandably extremely tight. Drew from Patriot Electrical Services was an absolute God sent. He very quickly responded and came by that very evening to assess the situation. He completely understood our goal of wanting to correct and update all known safety hazards (but anything safe but just old we were fine leaving as is) while also finding a way to make it work with our budget. He identified the things that should be corrected but broke the project down into 2 phases so we could prioritize the highest risk things first and then when able to save up more take on the second phase so we wouldn't be hit with a HUGE bill all at once. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and from our experience that pride is rightly deserved. He was definitely very professional and respectful and we look forward to having him back for the second phase of the electrical repairs.
