I called Patriot on 9/10/10 regarding a concern with the a/c wiring in my attic. The owner called me right back and came directly over to my house in person. After examining the wiring and ruling out any issues, he explained the possible causes of my a/c problem to me, and did not even charge me for the visit. I was very pleased. Thanks!

If I could give them zero stars, I would! I am in the process of getting bids for a small, 700 square foot project. Two electricians were able to give me bids within one week of viewing the space, and then there's Patriot Electric.

When I spoke with who I assume is the owner, he proceeded to go off on a random tangent on how he doesn't understand why people need bids so quickly (I asked for a bid within a week of viewing the space), and that projects like mine are a result of ""poor planning"" and he just ""doesn't get it."" Huh? What a totally bizarre thing to say to a potential customer.

This guy thinks that each project should allow for at least a month to get a bid. HA! That's ridiculous, he was rude, and with this economy he should be happy their phone is still ringing. If they need an entire month to provide a bid I cannot imagine how long their work takes!

Go elsewhere for your electrical needs where people actually know how to provide decent customer service.
