The worst I've ever experienced. I had several thousand of $ work done. Finished in like 1 1/2 days. Installing several surge protectors. After they said they were finished I didn't see all surge protectors . Said they installed all. I looked in breaker boxes and 2 were never installed. I got them back out and they put in different ones other than I purchased. And acted as if nothing was wrong. If I wouldn't have checked I would have been charged for 6 and never got all installed. Do not recommend..

Just had patriot electric come out for an estimate for a whole house generator. The service person that came very unknowledgeable. An insult to injury charged $69 just to come out and give us an estimate which we were not told about prior to having them come out. We will not be using this company.

I was a little unsteady walking my Dad into Pops in Dogwood city and a young man got out of his truck to walk my Father in the restaurant it's nice to know there are god people out of here and If a man represents Patriot Electric this would be that man!

We signed up for a yearly contract with Patriot Electric and have had them over to our new house several times now to make improvements as we are ready for them. Our serviceman is Jesús. He becoming like family! hahaha!
He is like the electrically savvy son I have always wanted! He is very polite, professional and proficient! He has done the gambit of electrical-related work and everything has been stellar. Coming from California, we are not used to being treated with so much deference and respect as the title Ma'am imparts. I love it! Thank you Jesus! We will be calling you for the backyard next!

It took them over a month to finish electrical items in my house and they sent 3 different teams, probably subcontractors, out who kept having to call me to ask what I wanted done because they didn't know. Poor communication, billed for 2 outside light installs when only one was done, did not provide a quote in advance then charged an outrageous amount for two different items.

I was happy until I noticed 3 weeks later that my sawhorses were missing. I called the business to give the guy a chance to be honest, but nope. I know it was him because he asked if he could have them. I said no, and explained that I still use them.
