Following years of experience in the electrical sector and finishing the apprenticeship, Pat established his own company in 2014. With time, we built a larger team, and now several service teams are prepared to meet our clients' needs. In 2018, following the birth of their first child, Pat's wife, Sarah, came on board to handle phone calls and scheduling. they were the electricians used by the cabinet company. They positioned the wiring wrong for the cabinet we had. Younwould think they would know the clearance on cabinets since this is what they do. THEY DON'T. Finally went with what would't require more money or time. One of the fixtures kept flickering. Said they would come back during the week and replace. Never came or called. I called several times plus the cabi company. No one could get them to respond. Eleven days later someone from the cabinet company says they will be out next Friday, October 28, 17 days later. Then I get a call from them asking if they can schedule someone to,come out. I say you're coming Friday. She says no they aren't, she does all the scheduling and that isn't happening. They can come Wednesday at 8:30 which means I have to cancel what I had planned because the next opening is November 11. He comes exchanges the fixture but the tones are different from the other 2 lights. He says he'll be back. I say when and you're not leaving until I have an exact day and time. He calls in and comes back,about 10 minutes later saying he will get a new light. Turns out it wasn't the same brand as the originals. What a rinky dink company. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!
