We hired Pat Bryant for some small minor electrical problems around our house. The first appointment we had they never showed, we called to inquire and they said oh someone called and canceled. We rescheduled and they showed up and estimated the work to do the following week.

This morning they were scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. . We made arrangements to be home and available and they called 15 minutes before 10:00 and said that we need to find someone else to do the work because they can't do it because of scheduling conflicts.

I would not hire them to come screw in a lightbulb much less do any major work because dependability is key especially when you have your name attached to your business! Poor service Pat Bryant!

Fantastic service. Professional and fast in responding. Called when my generator failed to transfer over. They showed up within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and came back within the hour to repair.

Needed my mail panel and new generate clip replaced and they did a great job! looks awesome and I don't have to worry as this was 34 years old! Answered all my questions and could have kept to themselves an area that could easily been a cheap fix but they were upfront and above board and bought the correct item I needed. I cannot recommend this company enough! The two guys that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am more than satisfied with the work they did. They noticed the front door handle was loose as they were leaving, and fixed it as lagniappe ! Now that's service!
