Bernard did excellent work installing a panel and hardware so that I could get my fire rebuild hooked up to PG&E and hook up a water pump. He was able to give me a quick and accurate estimate. He communicated throughout the process via phone, text, and email, both with me and the permit department and PG&E. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Would definitely hire him again or recommend to a friend.

Yesterday was the first time that I ever got help from an electrician before. Bernard was able to come to my house the day after I called him and he did wear a mask and he determined what was wrong and why we were losing power intermittently in half of the rooms in my house and also the lights were flickering which was pretty scary. He explained what was going on and he replaced the defective breaker and got it all fixed! I feel that his rates are reasonable too - considering his training and that this is a specialized and very important skill, and so I highly recommend this company! And he did not ask me to write a review.

Bernard and his men rewired our old dilapidated house. We went with his suggestions on recessed lighting with dimmers, modernizing the house. The result is truly wonderful. Dark corners have emerged, newly painted walls shine and the fireplace mantle is showcased. We highly recommend Passemar Electric.

Like others here, I highly recommend Passemar Electric. Bernard has done several jobs for us in two homes, and is hopefully about to do projects for us now (12-17). His work is consistently good, and he explains what he is doing, or what needs to be done as he goes. He'll also tell you what doesn't need to be done; that's a good thing. He doesn't work for free, but costs are reasonable. All in all, I highly recommend him and his work.

I recommend Passemar Electric highly. For 22 years we've lived in a house with switches that would only work if another switch was turned on and other similar aggravating problems. Bernard came out when he said he would and made a clean sweep through our home correcting all the poorly wired switches (and there were a lot!). Now it doesn't matter which switch we turn on, they work all the time. Boy it feels good to finally have this job done right and Bernard and Skylar (sp?) were the perfect ones to do it...they were both friendly and helpful.

I had this guy to my house to fix a problem. He made some comments about the installation being bad, but what do I know? He fixed everything and charged a reasonable amount, so fine. Then I asked him to do some work on my office. I assumed I needed a new panel for my copier since I was going to move it, and the people I bought the building from told me to only use the one outlet for the copier. He came out when he said he would, just like before, then he looked around and told me that I did not need to do anything, that everything would be fine, and that copiers don't pull as much power as they used to. I was ready to pay him $1,500 to do this job and he just shook my hand, wished me a happy holiday, and went on his way. That's integrity.

Bernard is my go-to electrician. When I first bought my house, he added lights to all the rooms in the house. Later, I had him replace the main panel on my house when I was going to get solar - he even installed a panel that was specifically good for solar! I then had him install custom lights above my piano so I could see the keys better. Thanks Bernard! Honest and friendly, and also French! :)
