I can't recommend working with PAS highly enough! We have hired them for several jobs over the last decade and wouldn't work with anyone else! They have installed plumbing for my company, as well as a full HVAC system. They are thorough, prompt, responsible, clean, and polite. They communicate with me throughout the process with ease and are always responsive to any issues. We are very happy with our perfectly high tech climate control for our warehouse and our seamless plumbing for our commercial laundry needs. Kyle and his team are ON IT!

I ran into a major issue with my air conditioning unit this summer where the motor broke and had to be replaced. The broken part was still under warranty but we had a horrible time getting a new motor from the manufacturer. This is unfortunately a common tale I've heard from several in the industry right now. PAS worked hard to figure out a solve in time for a major heat wave. Ang is the secret sauce of this operation. Her follow up and follow through were so appreciated! She really makes it all happen. PAS did all the HVAC for my home (which was a new build) and have been very responsive whenever I've had issues.

I call these guys ""Muddy Waters"" in my mind, because their excuses are always kinda murky, and usually smell a bit off.

They definitely don't stand behind their work. Took them six months to return a warranty claim payment after they'd been paid back by the manufacturer, and six months to send over an invoice for a different job. Don't waste your time with Kyle and Angela unless you like headaches.

I want to express my tremendous thanks and appreciation to all of the staff at PAS, who arrived at my newly built home last year to address a devastating mold and moisture problem in my sub floor. From start to finish, they explained the entire clean out process with clearing out all mold and moisture, treating beams and laying a protective membrane on the dirt and cement walls to ensure no water would penetrate.
I just had a followup inspection of the subfloor with a 100% dry report, and I am both relieved and thrilled.
Throughout this process, it was extremely stressful, and everyone at PAS was patient, supportive, and informative throughout the entire process. This company can be completely trusted to address whatever your needs you may have.

I would be very wary of hiring this company. According to the owner ""It is not the company's job to make sure their employee is hydrated and nourished"" even when they are working for hours in extremely hot conditions. Management that is so willing to exploit workers and has so little human compassions cannot be trusted to do good work.

Finished a remodel and Pas AIR and it is the worst vendor that I ever worked in the last 30 years. Kyle and Angela ARE arrogant, unorganized, full of excuses and BS and so are the un_supervised personnel. Kyle did not come to the project to monitor the work. Towards, the end of the project we find it that the system did not work because they forgot to install the wires, had to open the walls pull new wires, change equipment thus creating delays and extra costs. I asked them to pay for their mistakes and they started with the BS, blaming others, instead of saying I am sorry. Their personnel are sloppy, do not clean after them at the end of the day, are lay back because no one monitors the progress of work. They watching youtube videos during working hours, come to work at 9:30 to 10 AM and go home at 2:30 PM. I will not hire them again.

Terrible experience. Cannot execute per contract in an organized matter. Both owners, husband Kyle and wife Angela are full of excuses and BS.
Similarly, the same attitude from workers. Their electricians are lazy, sloppy - terrible.
They do sloppy work and as a result they have to redo the same work. There is no supervision and they use untrained workers with ""don't care"" attitude. They come to work late like 9-10 am and go home by 3 PM - reason is the traffic. What about the rest of the people that are in traffic after an 8 hour work schedule? what about if the workers get to the job site before 7:00 am so they can avoid traffic?
Sometimes they work for a portion of the day on the job and then they are pulled to go to another job using the same excuses.
The excuse are
1. They have go to buy materials. Why don't they buy the materials before they get to work - unorganized.
2. It is an emergency in anther job site. if the job is done right, emergencies are a rare event and not frequent.

I will not use them again!

Kyle and his crew are very knowledgable and great at what they do. I've had them do a few projects for me, both big and small, and they haven't let me down. I would recommend them for any electrical or HVAC project you're looking to do.
