Outstanding service- the experience defines professional- very clear communication from the start- quality work and there should have been a really big mess but after they left (3 of them) you could not tell they were here! Replaced/converted 9 ceiling lights and investigated outside lighting issues I had- they went way above and beyond expectations-

Thanks to John, we at the Fair Oaks VFW finally have a proper light for our flag in our Memorial Park after 12 years of trying and thousand dollar estimates from other electricians. I saw his company truck on the freeway and called his number. I got an immediate response and shortly after I met with John at the Post. He listened to my ideas and before he left he said he understood what I wanted and he would temporarily put in a fixture without cost to test the light. The next week it was installed and it did everything we have been trying for 12 years. I asked for a bill and John sent an invoice that only said, ""Thanks for your service"".

Extremely rude on the phone to me. I called a few days ago and spoke to someone named john and while I was explaining what problem I needed fixed and my project I was working on the guy john says: "" is this gonna take a long time "" I stated no I just wanted to fill you in on all the details however it sounds like you dont wanna help me. John says: "" what you are asking sounds simple but I do not think I wanna help you because I want other jobs that pay more"" yours is too little"" I then told him ok if that is how you feel, have a good day and I hung up. I have never been spoken to like that in my life trying to do business with any company, I am very unhappy. This is a 2 star business at best! Plse look elsewhere for anything you need electrical and lighting. I am very unhappy. I do not recommend this business.

I had two pendant lights installed over kitchen counter had to remove canister lights. Also fixed a ceiling fan that I had tried to have someone repair before and they could not figure it out! David figured it out and had it completed I think in 30 minutes. David was amazing, very professional and went above and beyond. Very reasonably priced also. Highly recommend them!

I wanted an additional electrical outlet put in my home and called Parks Electric knowing this was a small job. They treated me like it was a big job! Went out of their way to try to accommodate my schedule so I didn't need to take up time from my job. Bob came out and did the work and was very friendly and professional. He even cleaned up after himself! I've had many contractors come that it never occurs to them to clean up when they're done. I highly recommend Parks Electric.

We were very pleased with the service. We had David come out and do an inspection while we had the insulation removed from the attic. He was punctual, thorough, and very descriptive on his findings. He was respectful and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with his service.
