I highly recommend Park's Electric. We needed some difficult telephone and cable re-wiring done that involved fishing new lines into the walls from the attic crawl space to get rid of through the exterior wall runs and unattractive interior surface runs that were previously done in a totally unprofessional manner. David, the assigned electrician, did a truly professional job despite tight spaces. Every location that we hoped he could reach was reached. Excellent motivated staff and company. You can't do any better and the pricing was MORE THAN FAIR!

JP came on time and installed a ceiling fan box and ran the new electrical and then installed the ceiling fan and light. He did a fantastic job. He cleaned up the mess and was super fast considering all that needed to be done. I emailed what I wanted and they got back to me within a day and scheduled work within the week. I highly recommend this place and plus they are West Sac located!

Called Parks for an urgent repair a few days before Christmas. I have no opinion on the reasonableness of their prices - I actually thought the charges seemed high. What I can say is they came on short notice, showed up on time, were absolutely professional, went to Home Depot to get the parts they needed, cleaned up after themselves, and sent the bill by email. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the cost, but again someone who uses electricians more regularly might think it's in the ballpark. Definitely recommend them.

Because I was was concerned about some repairs, he was able to fit me in later in the day.
John was very thorough, explaining exactly what was going on. It was so nice to see old fashioned customer service! I wouldn't call anyone else for my electrical needs.

These guys are OUTSTANDING! John and his team came and did the electric for our recent kitchen remodel. They worked above and beyond the duties of the renovation and stayed long hours to ensure that the job was not only completed but was done well and most importantly that our home was wired safely. While they were working they found many issues with the wiring of our old home and they were dedicated to making sure everything was fixed and safe by the time the job was done. Their commitment to excellence and professional skill level was extraordinary. John knows his stuff and because of the amazing work they did in our kitchen we are hiring them back to rewire the rest of our home. Great service people where vary professional. Vary comfortable having them be in my house. Quote was dead on. I did have to pay more but was expected since some other electrical issue came up that they had to fix or my house could have burn down. Diffently will use them again. Ps they where also on time

I called Parks Electric for a custom small job on my electrical panel. John called back in a timely manner to schedule the job. Both John and Eric were on time for the job, both very professional and personable. The job took less than an hour and Eric even modified my pole switches inside the panel at no cost. I renovated an older home in West Sacramento to use as a rental. I didn't have an electrician and was referred to Parks Electric. Before the project was over I had called John back three times to do additional work for me and he did a fantastic job on all of it. Small and older homes are not easy to work on - attics, crawlspaces, and walls are all tight. John was able to do his work with a minimum of disruption, he was on time, on budget, we were able to discuss things before hand, and I really appreciated his professionalism. And not to mention the fact that I don't live in Sacramento, but I was able to just leave John with the keys to the property and not worry about it ,because I knew that if I couldn't be on the job myself things were still in good hands with John.
