Told us it was $130 dollars to come out and diagnose our AC that wasnt working, then said it was another 300 to actually diagnose anything once on property. The guy ""Buddy"" is anything but your buddy. He also cussed us out and told us its not his fault we are poor!


Office was equally rude, acting like we took several hours of their time even though I paid over $400 for NOTHING. NEVER GO HERE.

I was charged $194 just for the service person to come out and then a separate charge of $126 to replace a bad condenser, which by the way cost $18 if I had purchased it myself. I was out of $320 for less than one hour of service. But what can you do when the industry is overcharging for everything. God is watching everything and soon all of this wrong doing to get rich will soon come to an end. The condenser was replaced and my AC is back working properly, I trust. Just pray your AC does not stop functioning after hours.

Charged me $100 for the service call and then another separate labor charge to clean out a drain line. I guess it goes back to that old joke of a Lawyer protesting a big bill saying even they don't make this much and the plumber saying ""I know, I never made this much when I was an attorney"".

We've been using Parker Services for years. They are ALWAYS reliable, responsive and reasonable when it comes to price. Recently, we had to replace an entire A/C unit in our home. We didn't have to wait weeks for it to be done, even with the COVID-19 pandemic going on. They got the job done within 3 days of us getting our quote. Amazing job and thank you to the entire Parker Services team for being such a great, local company!

Don't bother to call them-they don't show up and they don't call you about it.I was given a time of ""10:30-ish"". By 11:30 we called them to find out THE service technician was called out on an emergency - obviously a customer who's money is greener than mine. By 1:30 still a no show. Called them again and the dispatcher was very rude and basically said they'd be there when they got there because she didn't give us a time-untrue quote 10:30 ISH was quoted to me several times.
