He didn't follow my instructions. He didn't call me 4 hours prior to arriving at my tenant condo. He Didin't install the Door harwareI bought, but he fix the door handle.
He probably is fine working on owner occupied homes and may not be familiar with tenant occupied properties.

Sergei did an amazing job and was very quick to respond. He installed my tv and wire hider perfectly. He additionally did extra work that I didn't originally plan for him to do all in the same day, installing a fan and fixing a kitchen drawer. He was super clean after installing everything.
