Sadly, I have to give a negative review here. I have used PC Electrical for years, both business and personal. I made an appointment last week, took off 2 hours from work to meet the electrician, and I had requested first of the day so I could run on time. I was called AFTER my appointment time and was told the electrician was running 15 minutes late. After waiting ANOTHER 1 1/2 hours for him to show up, I called the company to check status only to get VM. I left a detailed message stating I needed to re-schedule because I needed to get to work, and left my cell phone number, twice, on their recording for a re-schedule. It's been over a week and I still have not heard from them. I hope this is a one-time issue and they get their administrative act together soon.

I called the company back and retold my story about a previous repair. The customer service person apologized several times for bad service and a bad repair. She sent someone out quickly and they fixed the problem. This company cares about customer service. How wonderful how a simple apology can change everything.

I've used Park Cities Electrical for 13 years, and though I've tried others, they're the absolute best. All of the people are really nice, and customer service is outstanding. Usually, when I call to make an appointment, they're available the next day, and they are almost always timely and prompt. The prices are reasonable, and their technicians are knowledgeable. I've tried other electricians, including those associated with my Home Warranty Company, but this is the company I rely on, and trust.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an emergency as a result of the storm, my calls were promptly returned, they came on time, were very professional/kind and did an excellent job. I will definitely use again.

Don't use them. I took off from work to be home for them since they don't work on weekends. When they hadn't shown up an hour after the appointment time, I had to call their office six times and finally call their emergency number to track someone down. I was then told, oops, a morning job ran late and they can't finish my job today even though they had plenty of time left in the day to finish if they had wanted to. Go with Milestone.

These are my go-to electricians for problems both big and small. I really appreciate the women on the phone when I call needing an appointment. They always manage to schedule me quickly, even though I have a complicated schedule. They arrive in marked company service trucks. The electricians call before knocking on the door, which is also nice. They typically work very quietly and quickly. I've never been disappointed.

I'm a big fan of this company. My only suggestion might be to add the extra touch of cleaning up around where they worked. Lots of other home services do that, and it really is a nice touch. But that's a minor point. I'll continue to use this company for all my electrical needs.

Don't really know how good they are because it turned out that we didn't need them. However, I felt compelled to write a review because I called them after hours, left a message and they got right back to me. They were prepared to send a tech over to the house at 9 pm if I wanted them to. Super nice.
