After getting a few quotes, we selected ParagonSun. This was such a great experience from start to finish. Cori and her team were easy to reach and gave us all the information we needed to understand the process and make a decision. We had so many questions (roof replacement, tax incentives, interconnection agreement, battery, etc.) and they were with us at each step of the way. We also did not feel pressured to make a decision quickly which was not the case with the other companies we contacted.
The installation was scheduled quickly after signing the contract. The team arrived on time and completed the job within 2 days.
The entire experience was very pleasant and we are very satisfied with the result. I strongly recommend this company and would definitely go with them again in the future.

I had 4 broken panels replaced. Paragon was extremely helpful with ordering my replacement panels to make sure that they fit. It was a pleasure to work with Cori. She took care of getting approval from our HOA. She was helpful when we had initial questions and gave us the highly rated REC Solar Panel.
Installation was on time as promised and we got 25 years warranty from REC as well as Solar Insure so we are double protected.

We decided to get solar panels as NEM 2.0 was going to expire in few months. That means we need to go through the process quickly and smoothly, and hence have to work with a reliable company that can help us move through the motions.
We selected ParagonSun and worked with Cori. She explained the process from a-z, answered all our questions and was even able to schedule our installment very quickly.
On day of installment, the team arrived on time and completed their job that same day.
Even after installment, Cori has been there when we have questions or concerns.

We recently completed our Solar Conversion and had a fantastic experience. The team at Paragon were on top of everything from day one to ensure we met the date we needed. They were always available to answer our 100000 questions throughout the process and kept us informed along the way.

As part of our work we also needed some roofing and a new box to handle the new system. They set us up with some great roofers and an awesome electrician and it was all smooth and enjoyable.

The whole experience was great! The salesperson was not too gimmicky and could answer all my questions. They worked hard to find special clips for my standing aluminum roof in order to not drill in to my roof. The price was the best out of the 5+ companies I got quotes from and they helped manage all of the paperwork with the city and the electrical company. Customer service was phenomenal!
