After 20 years of service, my HVAC was laid to rest. I got some estimates for a new system. I went with Paradise because, although being the highest, the other companies weren't attentive,prompt, thorough or just lacked customer service. Patty scheduled James, a personable fellow, for an estimate appointment. He came out the next morning. James took measurements, compared pros and cons of different HVAC brands and answered all of my many questions. Once, I accepted their estimate, the installation was scheduled for the next morning. Johnny and Xavier( father and son installation team),arrived bright and early and got straight to work. This hardworking duo worked until @7pm, only taking a short lunch break. Having an older home, some unforeseen hiccups were encountered. Johnny and Xavier were able to troubleshoot those problems and complete the installation. The next day, James followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was very impressed by the professional team at Paradise and recommend them highly.

Very easy and pleasant to work with. Professional, prompt and friendly. I've had so many grumpy plumbers, it was a pleasure working with Jim, the plumber they sent to install a new valve to my ice maker. Btw, I highly recommend that you install a separate shut off valve to all of your appliances so if they leak, you can quickly turn off the water supply. The work was a bit pricey, but I would highly recommend Paradise Plumbing.

We contacted Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning because our A/C stopped working. They came out the same day checked the system and determined that the compressor was unrepairable. James the salesman that came out presented several options. We decided to go with the Lennox system that he recommended and added an ultra violet light and an air purifier. The price they offered for a Lennox air conditioner was better than what other companies were offering for a Raheem. They even replaced the air return box up to code. On the day of installation, Louis and his partner were on time and got right to work. The job was completed by 4:30 pm and we were cold soon after. Louis even came back the next day to complete the installation of insulation in the return box. The only part left is the permit and the inspection. Hopefully that comes through soon.

Paradise plumbing will not disappoint you. Jeremy was very professional, He explained everything he was doing and gave tips on how to prevent it in the future. Big bonus. He cleaned up after he was done. Plus he was funny and entertaining.

These folks were excellent during a pipe bursting incident. The gentleman who came was kind and hard working. He quietly went to work and fixed the issue. It was after regular hours and because it was an emergency repair the expenses could have been much worse but he worked quietly and efficiently helping to mitigate the costs on a very difficult night for us. We truly appreciate the man who came over and if he is an example of the company, which I believe he is, then this is the company to call.
