Great Service! I contacted Jason who immediately responded to my call.
The day the repairman was to come to my house, he came quite late, and I had to leave to work...so we rescheduled for Thursday.
Thursday didn't happen either due to a conflict of schedule, but I wasn't informed until much later....so we made it for Saturday morning.

Third time was the charm. Ronald came over, and took care of my clogged shower in minutes, which was a blessing, because we had a birthday party in the afternoon.
Their pricing is about the going rate for most services, but their friendly people and follow up make it a good all-american company to give business to.

Scheduling challenges aside, They are Highly recommended!!

Emailed via Yelp on a Sunday evening to schedule an appointment, got almost immediate response to set up service call for next day. Service tech Tim was very nice, helpful and explained what the issue was and was able to fix the problem. Paradise was the first company to show up and give an estimate. I have a plumber friend who couldn't make it, and I know what he charges on the side and what his company charges. Paradise was actually cheaper than my friends company's full rate. Greg showed up and looked very presentable, gave me a quote and left. Next plumber showed up and was disgusting, period. To connect a 6-inch gap so I could have hot water upstairs, he wanted 3x the price. I called Paradise again and Greg came back within the hour and replaced a master shut off valve in my condo and reconnected my hot water pipe that was accidentally destroyed during construction. I know nothing about plumbing pipes, but he sure made it look pretty. Customer service was professional, although on one of the calls the lady was a little forward asking about the other company who showed up to give an estimate. Overall, I would use them again based on competitive pricing, professionalism, appearance, and great customer service.

I'll be patient and I'll keep you all posted.l.......... July 18,2016; I have to say... I wasn't sure what I was dealing with when I first started speaking to Matt, owner of this company. The guy really got it right and seriously restored my faith in their ethics and customer service. He learned that I flew out, only to hear if my a/c system was still making noise. It was. He came to my condo himself with a technician and made sure it was repaired before I left, back to Chicago.
Thank you for moving mountains to get this's on done. I know I am a bit of a perfectionist at times and over talked you a lot. You are one patient man and as far as I can tell very serious about your customers dollars being spent well.
Thank you for all you did to get his done. You have me for life! I won't be angry if you ask me to be patient. I now know how hard you worked to get everything accomplished. I won't doubt you again.
