I have used Pan Electric, Inc for half a dozen electrical projects for a newly acquired home over the past 4 months. David has always demonstrated professionalism and performed excellent work. He listens to his customers' needs and requests; and communicates very well when additional work is required to complete a project. During the completion of several projects David identified electrical areas of concern that I was not aware of, and I was very appreciative. The latest job required the master bath fan/light combo unit to be replaced in the ceiling, new wiring, installing an exterior vent through the house exterior stucco, and connecting an attic venting tube between the master bath fan to the exterior vent. David had also discovered an electrical wire in the attic was missing insulation for a kitchen ceiling light, which he made repairs the same day. Some but not all of the electrical projects Pan Electric, Inc has completed include changing out two room ceiling fans with light fixtures, updating and changing out over two dozen outlets and switches, replacing exterior attached light fixtures. At another home David replaced two ceiling fans with light fixtures and replaced a faulty wire switch. I am planning on contracting Pan Electric for two more projects at this second home due to his workmanship, dependability and the value with his pricing which I have found to be very reasonable for the work performed.

David was super responsive and gave me a fair quote for adding an outlet for a bidet with its own dedicated circuit from my panel. He also gave us a recommendation for drywall repair even though we ended up going in a different for the project. I will definitely be seeking out PanElectric and David for future projects.

David did a tremendous job at our home. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms and recess lights in the living room. He also installed lights in bathrooms that changed the entire look of the bathroom, and they look luxurious now. He has good knowledge, and David provides up-to-date solutions to old houses. He is very patient and gives answers to tons of my questions. He installed recess lights in our high-ceiling living room with minimum wiring and no drywall opening hassle.

David gave me a great quote and was able to come that week to do the job. I had several questions about items I needed to purchase to make the installation go smoothly and he promptly responded and was very thorough. My installation was for a new bathroom exhaust fan so ducting and an external vent through the outside stucco wall needed to be installed. David showed up on time and had a second worker help him coordinate installation of the outside vent. The job took him only a few hours and he did a great job. The finished product looks great, I am very satisfied.

They were great. Good communication and they figured out how to install a chandelier and fix two different 3-way switches that not been wired properly that 2 other electricians did not figure out.
(Wish I had found PanElectric first -- the 2nd electrician from Snyder Electric stepped on a fire sprinkler coupling in the attic and caused a massive flood with 3 months of repairs and heartache and stress galore.)
