David gave me a great quote and was able to come that week to do the job. I had several questions about items I needed to purchase to make the installation go smoothly and he promptly responded and was very thorough. My installation was for a new bathroom exhaust fan so ducting and an external vent through the outside stucco wall needed to be installed. David showed up on time and had a second worker help him coordinate installation of the outside vent. The job took him only a few hours and he did a great job. The finished product looks great, I am very satisfied.

They were great. Good communication and they figured out how to install a chandelier and fix two different 3-way switches that not been wired properly that 2 other electricians did not figure out.
(Wish I had found PanElectric first -- the 2nd electrician from Snyder Electric stepped on a fire sprinkler coupling in the attic and caused a massive flood with 3 months of repairs and heartache and stress galore.)

Jorge (aka David) successfully installed my Wemo smart video doorbell. He was able to use wiring from our old doorbell which was connected to our intercom, while keeping our intercom inside the home operational. He responded to inquires promptly and arrived at appointment timely. His quoted price was reasonable and affordable. I will be reaching out to David for future electrical needs.
