We have used Palisades Electric for years on our home. Eddy has been with Palisades Electric for 11 years and is fantastic. He is honest and hardworking. They replaced numerous electrical sockets, lighting indoor/outdoor, and have made our home a better place, and more energy efficient with newer LED bulbs, etc.

I would highly recommend their team for any minor or major electrical repairs in West LA.

Electrical emergency ~ one wall in my kitchen lost power, which included the refrigerator. First time customer ~ I called at 7:30 a.m. and left a message on their service that I needed an electrician urgently. I got a call back within a half hour, two men were at my house 45 minutes later and fixed the problem in 5 minutes (breaker tripped, I thought I checked that, but it was in a different breaker box). They marked the boxes for me and could not have been nicer. They were very kind regarding their charges as well. I highly recommend this company for fantastic customer service and integrity.

Palisades Electric is the best!!! The guys on our job included Jamie, Angel, and Chris and another great guy who worked the job with his wrist in a cast. Talk about dedication. The job was complex and involved a lot of creative thinking. Both my husband and I were so impressed with the beautiful lighting the guys installed. My mother and I have been using Palisades Electric for years and have always been happy with the results. Jamie, Steve and Angel recently installed a stand-by generator for my mother and did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. There were many components to the installation, and each part went smoothly and efficiently. They were all very helpful and courteous and took into account my mother's requests. My mother was really pleased with the results. We highly recommend them.

Steve & Angel were able to come earlier than originally planned. That was perfect as numerous little things were coming to my mind for them to do/check while they were here.
They came to do 1 job, left having done 4. They were nice, patient w/ my not speaking electric, clean & thorough job.

The job they cam to do was 1 I'd been putting off as I thought it'd be a big hassle; splitting things up to not overwork a couple breakers, or adding 1 more.

Wasn't a hassle after all & so happy I tried another company/this company, to see about having it done. Had been putting it off cuz the last company I spoke w/ made it seem like it'd be a huge nightmare to do anything like this.

This company is a complete rip off. They quote you one price, then charge you more than double. I live in the PP, so I tried to hire them several times, as I prefer to patronize local businesses. However, they do not reciprocate by treating their neighbors well.

They are rude, arrive late and leave early. Then charge you double and treat you poorly when you complain about being billed twice the estimate.

Avoid them, unless you simply need a light bulb changed - at a high premium.
