Don't recommend this company at all, they risk burning your house down!!! I had Pacman change my panel at my house that I was selling, I failed inspection 3 times, and the technician (Chris) seemed frazzled and inattentive. From my understanding the technician stated the company has poor management and steals hours from its employees so it's no surprise the lack of Zeal/ Skill from the employees when it comes to complete abysmal company conditions. I recommend Mister Sparky, they are a little pricey but explain in complete detail what work is being completed and all available options as well as passing inspections first time around.

As a building engineer I deal with a lot of different companies on a weekly basis and Pacman is hands down the best to deal with at every level.
