We had a car charger installed. Miguel Barragan, our technician, did a stellar job. He took the time to ensure he installed the correct components in a way that looked nice and made sure that conduits were tucked neatly away. He cleaned our walls and floors and even put our shoes back in a shoe rack after he had moved it. The charger works perfectly and the installation was finished right on time and is beautiful.
We also payed more than 60% over the estimate because of Pacific Coast Electric's failure to prepare for the job. I gave them the model number of the charger, but mistakenly said it was hardwired instead of a plug-in unit. They said they'd only finish the job if I paid for installation of an outlet plus an extra $400 because they didn't bring the correct outlet for the charger model number I gave them. Then they found that they brought the wrong circuit breaker. I had to pay another $400 for their mistake or they wouldn't finish the job. So an installation that was already too expensive at $1,800 ended up costing me $2,800.
I can easily recommend Miguel for any job and recommend that everyone steer clear of this company.

Miguel did the electrical work on my Moms home. He was very professional and knew exactly what to remove and rebuild to pass the inspection of the appraiser. He went out of his way to suggest the use of a generator to aid in running my Moms TV and Refrigerator while the power was off to complete the work. He was very attentive to my my Moms concerns who is 85 Years old and very concerned about having the power off. He work was excellent. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Scott.

We are in the middle of making a whole remodel and Mr. Nasser came out to give my parents a quote. Nasser was the 4th person that day but none did what he did. Guys came in looked at furnace and left . Nasser was different, he measured and took lots of pics. In addition, he explained to my parents very well for them to understand what needed to be done and why. He also actually went under our house to check the tubes. I was skeptical at first because I want to make sure that my parents dont get taken advantage of but with Nasser everything felt very comfortable. They are doing something right at pacific coast and im sure my parents will be moving foward with the project as I can fly back home knowing they will be in good hands!

Had an appointment today at 12-2. Get a call at 1 that they're running behind and will likely be 3-4pm. Ok. It is now 4:38p and still no tech. I call the company and keep getting the run around of how he was on an emergency call. Ok. You don't have anybody else to send out then? My original appt was 12-2. It's nearly 5 and now I'm being told it'll be after 5pm.
What an absolute joke of a company.

This company will charge $89 to dispatch an electrian , to trouble shoot they charge $350 . Nothing was done except he gave us a $10,000.00 quote for rewiring the sunroom !!!

Ezekiel came to help us restore a partial
Power loss in our new home I'm Gilroy . I was so stressed about the whole potential ""Fire"" possibility and we couldn't figure out on our own what was the problem . Thank goodness for this guy Ezekiel he went right to work diagnosing the issue found it under an hour , explained everything to me and even my dad on the phone so he coulkbetter explain it to me later. Anyway he was just a super diligent and confident and experienced electrician and he was patient listening to all my questions ( and I have a lot ) always smiling and answering . He tells us this company is fine company and they train with there employees everyday to keep education and expertise going within the company . Give this guy a raise lol
This company has incredible people and technicians I had to unfortunately call out a technician for the second time in a year this tome I had Raymond and he also was incredibly professional and courteous and kind I'm glad to have these guys when I need them

I cannot say enough good things about this company and particularly Nick Miller. He arrived a minute or two early and waited until our scheduled time to knock. He identified my problem within 5 minutes. He patiently and thoroughly explained all my options - I'm not in that business so I had lots of questions. His depth of knowledge and recommendations were spot on because I had another estimate later the same day and the 2nd company confirmed the problem but only recommended the most expensive option. I really like Pacific Coast Electric because they were very fast to respond to my request for an appointment and Nick was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this company and Nick Miller.

Called these guys after my washer hose broke while I was out of town. They came out, gave reasonable estimate and completed the job quickly. The technician Juan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt a bit pressured on the sell side (during phone call from a manager later) to get a warranty but I consider that separate from the great work that was done by very nice guys.

Fantastic Service. I'm thrilled to have found an electrician & company that I can trust. I called Pacific Coast Electric at 8 am on Friday and Ray arrived by 9:30 am. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me - a real gem.
I purchased the Home Protection Plan membership, which was very affordable. Normally, I shy away from these plans however since this plan waives the cost of future dispatch fees, $89+, a 15% discount on future services and a free 52 point electrical & 83 point heating inspection report for when I sell/buy a home in the future, this was a no-brainer.
I plan on selling my home in the next 6-months and having a comprehensive electrical & HVAC report for a 30-year old home, will be of value to a prospective buyer.

I had a Quick electrical service repair. Ezekiel Campa Service Technician very knowledgeable, he explained well what's the issues and what service needed. He is very pleasant, friendly, professional and accommodating. He also gave helpful tips on how to change CFL bulbs. All in all, good experience and excellent service. Highly commendable!
