Terri M.I live in PB and had a power outage in just my living room. Reset breakers but still a problem. I talked to 4 different electricians and chose this one because he really tried to trouble shoot before he came out. Talked to Lawrence at 858-926-6573. He listened to my problem and told me right up front, I don't want to take your money for nothing, are you sure you reset the breakers correctly ? Often, people do not and I come out to find it was as simple as resetting the breakers. I assured him I did and set an appt. I got home to meet him ran to the elec box and he was right I was able to reset according to the instructions he gave me, called him but he was already at my door. This was an incovenience for him in time and money but still he was very polite and said that is why I stress to check the breakers again. I did not have to pay him anything and he was as nice as could be. I would recommend him to ANYONE. He is the one who tried and was able to trouble shoot and save me money. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Talk about being helpful, honest and knowedgeable as an electrician to be willing to trouble shoot like this.
