My office AC unit wasn't working for a few weeks and I called PE Hvac due to the good reviews. Since summer was just starting, I wasn't expecting to be able to schedule a technician to come in for at least another week, but Robert ended up showing up the next day. Turns out the issue was electrical - a wire had burned through. Robert (also a licensed electrician) was able to fix the problem quickly. Service was great, and pricing is fair.

The guys at P.E.HVAC were hard working , friendly and genuinely good guys to have servicing our ac system . My family is on a tight budget and Roberto did his best to explain cost and time estimates . We were able to find out why my unit was leaking and after sometime was up and running with no issues . These guys will definitely be on a maintenance program to make sure our ac unit is running as best as possible with proficiency being our ultimate goal . I was visiting my mother and her A/C was not working well. the cold air would blow intermittently. Summer just started and I didn't want her to be uncomfortable throughout. A friend who has used P.E. HVAC. Highly recommended them. I made the call and spoke with Robert. Surprisingly, he was able to diagnose my problem over the phone and give me a quote for the repair. He came over same day and took care of our problem. I asked if I can watch what he was doing as I am was curious to learn how the system worked; he explained everything to me as he was troubleshooting and sure enough it was the capacitor as he stated on our phone call. Robert was great, super clean and professional. His pricing is very affordable. He installed an attic fan to help with the cooling of the house. Explained how it works and how to adjust the thermostat. Also gave me pointers for future upgrades if needed. Something new he taught me on how to use a ceiling fan in the winter. This review is way overdue! About a month ago, we had some services done by Roberto. My husband and I have never met anyone so passionate about what they do. That's a good thing! We love giving business to small businesses who focus on their service and craft. We called Roberto because we wanted him to check our AC evaporator and condenser to make sure it was working properly. Just the usual maintenance check up. By the way, he had a quick response time. When he came and checked everything out, he told us every single thing we needed to know. For some people, it may seem like a lot of information so it can feel overwhelming at first. But for those who don't understand this field don't be taken back. Roberto is detailed and will explain everything to you. He doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. He just wants you to be aware of what kind of system you have and how you can get it to be as efficient as possible. At the end of the day, you're the decision maker and you determine what you want to spend. Roberto will not pressure you like some people do. Saying you need this or that. He is totally trustworthy. Roberto ended up doing a 4-point inspection and added refrigerant for a great price. He also changed our filter and ohhh what a big difference. We were using really thick ones and it was restricting the air from going thing.

On a another day, Roberto installed an attic fan. He had someone assist him and they both did a nice clean job. Getting an attic fan was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Our master bedroom gets hit with about 10 hours of sunlight so it would always stay warm inside even with the AC on. Now that we installed the attic fan, the room stays super cool. Actually the whole house stays really cool. As a matter of fact, at times it now gets too cold we have to raise the temperature. The irony! All in all, my husband and I are very pleased with the service. We are happy that we now have a contact for AC, electrical, and plumbing. Great service and great price. We used this company for floor furnace removal. The owner volunteered a lot of useful information and walked us through the pictures of the process before and after.
