I do not recommend OZELECTRIC in Gulf Breeze Fl. The lady that schedules estimate must not do her job. It's been 2 times now I have taken off work and nobody shows. I called her back and she gives some LAME excuse. Finally on the 3rd try somebody showed up late and looked for about 2 minutes. Then said he would write an estimate. It's a small job but important to me. Now they won't return my calls it's been 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time on these clowns

I initially had Mark come out through my home warranty company because of an issue I was having. It was much later than I would have expected for someone to show up during the work week and was definitely a ""last minute"" situation but Mark and Oz Electrical went above and beyond to make it work. Mark identified the problem and I requested to have him come back out to do an electrical upgrade to my panel as well. Very professional, courteous, well priced, knowledgeable and most of all pleasant to be around. Mark took the time to explain the considerations for my upgrade and discuss options, as well as having a wide assortment of ways to stay well within my budget. These are the people you WANT to do business with!!!

My problem was covered under my home warranty so I was at the mercy of the insurance company picking someone for me. I couldn't have asked for a better choice. The electrician called ahead to update me on the appointment and showed up on time (actually early). What we thought was to be an easy fix turned out to be more than one would ask for. After the electrician diagnosed the problem, which was not normal, he called his boss to confirm the unusual findings. Since the findings were not normal, the owner Aaron, came out personally to confirm everything. It was confirmed... My home was wired wrong and had the potential of a fire. We had no idea how long it was this way. They fixed the problem even though it had nothing to do with the original problem. The ethics that stands behind this company is unsurpassed. Look no further for a good, ethical electrical company. The job will get done and get done right.
