I was happy with these electricians when they were subcontractors on an outside job. They handled exterior box wiring and hookup of my 240V spa. I dealt with them through the general and I liked them. I asked them (same guys) to do 2 inside jobs that didn't turn out so well.

In newer construction sheetrock a surfaced mounted wall sconce box probably works, but in 80 year old lath & plaster not so much. Ultimately the vintage sconce wouldn't sit flush and required additional wall patching. The second part of the interior job was to install a duplicate magnetic flush light switch in a paired pantry door. There was a month delay getting the part and then it took 2 hours (same two guys) to install. During the work they drilled down from the attic and misjudged the wall, breaking out above the door header. More patching for me.

In all jobs the electrics work perfectly. I guess that's the important part. Their handling of interior cosmetics and clean up could have been better.
