My generator is sitting under my living room window waiting for a miracle. My new battery dead. To close to my window. Five feet from windows or doors. Shamar told me he knew that rule so why not the crew? Shamar told me Friday it would be fixed. Dog at Pet Paradise now Monday. Tried to blame the gas guy. I had him on board. His crew had no clue that five feet is the law.. Tired. Monday and Tuesday is ""the real"" date. Folks move on and if you have used Owens to install your generator make sure for safety concerns you have those precious five feet.

I needed an electrician to install a short (3ft) extension of a 240V wire from a wall box so I could have a new water heater installed. Called 4 different local outfits and Owen Electric was the only one who would or could respond on short notice (2 days). The electrician (Troy) arrived on time and performed the work in a timely & most professional manner. I will call them again if/when the need arises. Highly recommended.

This is one messed up company. Two things come to mind. an employee was told not to say Good Morning to anyone, because it lacked efficiency. The 2nd employee was told not to get up from her desk, when that is one of her jobs to move about the company, due to efficiency. It does appear if you are looking for work at this company you had better have a contract because they go through employees before they get a chance to show what they can do. They promise pay bonus's, there aren't any + no room for advancement.
