Horrible service, horrible repairs.

Asked them to fix my ice maker in my fridge, ended up breaking the water dispenser and spent 4 months telling me my waterline was frozen (when I told them I defrosted the entire fridge.

Now I'm dealing with a leak under my sink that they apparently fixed 8 months ago but the same exact issue is occurring. I'm going on three days of promised contact with no one picking up my phone calls or answering my texts.

Mr. Sanchez was paid for a job he did not finish. He was paid to paint an entire apartment. Baseboards and ceilings included. When he ""finished"" painting the apartment, I had to call him to re-do some walls which were left partially painted or badly painted. The master closet was also left unpainted and the quality of work was poor overall. He sent painters to re-paint the walls, but left the master closet unpainted again. I proceeded to contact him repeatedly to finish painting the unit, but he simply ignored phone calls and messages. When he finally sent someone to finish painting the master closet, after a few months, the job was still not completed. Baseboards and ceilings in master closet were left unpainted. When confronted about it, he said it was too late and he would not send someone again. He also asked me to ""shut up."" Needless to say, I will not be contacting him ever again, not would I recommend him to anyone. Dealing with him was a nightmare. Beware!

My furnace was leaking and I needed help fast - these guys answered right away and were here quickly. Great customer service, friendly and up front with costs. I appreciate the honesty and after exploring all of the options I made a decision and they went straight to work. Thank you to Overtime Contractors for coming to the rescue when my family needed it the most! It was 8pm and our house was 85 degrees inside, making it unbearable to stay comfortable. We didn't know who to call or what to do, so we googled AirAround The Clock, because of all of the advertising we have seen. However, when I called during after hours (the night before hurricane Mathew was supposed to hit), they did NOT answer. I opted to call the next company listed with my google search, and thank the lord it took me to Gilberto at Overtime Contractors. He answered right away and let me know they would be at our home within 20 minutes to help us fix our AC. Gilberto and Jose were able to identify the problem and went out of their way to get the part that we needed. The motor in our unit blew. They were ready and replaced it successfully. I have never had such cold, strong air cool our home. The NEXT day, they came the house again to make sure everything was working properly. Unbelievable customer service! Wow!! The cost of the labor and parts were extremely fair. Their professionalism and knowledge was superb!! I will always call them FIRST with any of my homeowner service needs. Thank you Overtime Contractors!!!!!

Really honest people. Gilberto was on another job and he call back in 20 mints. and was at the house before 10. He saw that the air-conditioning problem that we had did not really need a repair, just replacing a filter and defrosting the compressor. The advice was free, and he did not even charge us for coming by the house to diagnose the problem.
